Our condo has a prime elevated location at Black Lake Golf Course overlooking three fairways. This is a 27 hole course on the central coast, south of Pismo Beach and north of Santa Maria. If you are retired and want to flee cold weather in the winter or hot weather in the summer this is the place for you. Great year around temperature.
In the winter, we have a lot of Canadians, Washingtonians and Oregonians that come to Black Lake. As well as during the summer we have retirees from AZ and Palm Springs. Monthly rentals only. No smoking and no pets, sorry.

Location was outstanding. Four minute walk to the Pro shop. Unit over looks tthe ninth fairway of the Lakes course. Weather was cool,(Feb) but we did sit out on the patio occassionaly, Played golf every other day. Unit was extreamily well outfitted, even had a cheese grater. Lots of pots, pans etc. Listing and pictures reflected the unit. Owner bent over backwards to accommodate us. Nearby towns provided many hours of shopping and dining. Recommend

We rented this condo from Nov 22, 2010 until January 31, 2011.....It was wonderful and felt like home. Ed and Kay are excellent hosts and were extremely accommodating in every way no matter what the request. The condo is beautifully decorated and gave us much pleasure to live there. Highly recommend this accommodation at Black Lake.

Wonderful condo. Bright, mirrors on walls in living room make it appear so large and so much brighter from other condos there that we have stayed at. Beautifully decorated. Fully furnished and looks like all new stuff. Will stay again.

We had a great time staying at this condo. The place was immaculate and we have stayed at Black Lake before and have been dissappointed in the decor and cleanliness. Wonderfully decorated and very bright. Had everything here. Will stay again next year. Also the best price..
