Location, Location, Location. This Antlers Lodge condominium offers a premiere location, nestled 3 minutes walking distance from the Heart of Downtown Breckenridge and across the street from the Snowflake Lift and on the slope of the 4 O'Clock ski run. Enjoy the tranquility of a mountain getaway!

Forget about the car once here (the unit has TWO PRIVATE PARKING SPACES, one space in a heated garage and another one immediately outside the garage behind the first car); you're close enough for a short walk to historic downtown Breckenridge with its many galleries, restaurants, performance center, supermarket and shopping centers and a (very) short drive to the family recreation center (tennis, rock climbing, basket ball, racket ball, indoor swimming pool and slide, exercise rooms, ...), and skating rink (skating, hockey). During the summer, Lake Dillon with its many boating and sailing activities is less than a 25 min drive.

This spacious unit is in excellent condition. It offers one of the best values in Summit County and is a NON SMOKING Condo. It is also on the free bus route for stops around Breckenridge, and Summit County with connections to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountain. Breckenridge lift tickets are valid at Keystone and Arapahoe Basin too!

Driving distance to nearby resorts: 15 min to Frisco, 20 min to Lake Dillon, 35 minutes to Vail, 30 minutes to Loveland, 1 hour to Winter Park, 2 hours to Aspen, 1.5 hours to Glenwood Springs, and 2 hours to Steamboat.

The FIRST LEVEL has a spacious living room (with a convertible queen-size sofa bed),a gas fireplace, a dining room area to comfortably sit 6 people, and a fully-equipped kitchen with bar area (3 bar stools).

The SECOND LEVEL has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has two TWIN beds and a detached full bathroom equipped with a washer/dryer. The second bedroom has a QUEEN-size bed with an attached full bathroom.

The THIRD LEVEL has a KING-size bed with an attached full bathroom equipped with a JETTED TUB. Cable-connected TVs (with HBO) are located in the living room and in the queen-size and king-size bed bedrooms.

Wi-Fi internet (with spare cable if needed) is available and free for guests. Two parking spaces are available (one covered inside a heated garage and another one immediately outside the garage).

          About the owner: We fell in love with this conveniently located property and we try to go there as often as we can!

          Why the Owner Chose Antlers Lodge:
          Before settling on this property, we visited for years other Colorado resorts and Breckenridge wowed us by its proximity to Denver (1.5 hours driving), its 'real town' atmosphere (this is not only a resort town but a true living town with its historical places, its year-round inhabitants, schools, college, hospital, beautiful art galleries, amazing restaurants, shopping centers, family rec center, Nordic Track centers (x2), Golf course, ...). The activities it offers year round are endless: skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, fishing, horseback riding, hiking, ... Our condo is located few yards from the snowflake ski lift and 5 minutes walking from historical downtown Breckenridge. Immediately next to the snowflake ski lift is a trail head that leads you to many easy and intermediate hiking trails (15-20 mn into the hike, you will be astounded by a superb lake surrounded by an incredible mountain vista!). We try to drive to our condo as often as we can but are happy to share this property with visitors and friends to let them discover and appreciate the magnificence of Colorado!

          The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
          While staying at our place you will most probably forget that you drove a car there. Everything is within a beautiful short walk from it (you may need a less than 5 mn car ride to transport supermarket items to the condo or you can just have one of the many great restaurants in town deliver, or even better you can walk for few minutes to one of the many superb restaurants in Breckenridge!).
