Spacious and bright first floor end-unit (Premium King Bed in Master), with transfer golf, pool, tennis and country club privileges. This unit is spotless and decorator furnished. Air conditioned living area is approximately 1,500 square feet, and the 9-foot ceilings give the feel of a much larger living area. The decor is a mix of Southern Florida tropical flair (William Buffet Tropical Prints), with a private den furnished to make the golfer feel right at home. Steps to one of seven heated swimmng pools.

The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are within 5 miles, and Bonita Beach Road is 1.5 miles away. Barefoot Beach State Park is recommended, and there is ample free public beach access in Bonita Beach. Sanibel Island is also a short drive for shelling and fishing.

There is a Bose Stereo/CD, 3 Cable TVs and 2 VCRs.

Walk or ride bikes (2 schwinn cruisers provided) to the on-site country club with a 300-seat restaurant, along with a golf-view bar and grill room. Within one mile you will find "Roy's", "Carrabba's", "Bonefish Grill" and the "OutBack Steakhouse." Dozens of other fine restaurants are in close proximity.

Other features and amenities worth mentioning are the private rear lanai with views of the first green, and four newly resurfaced and lighted tennis courts. This unit has a western exposure with the morning sun in the kitchen and nook, and the afternoon sun and panoramic sunset views from the living room, master bedroom and lanai. The master bedroom (king bed) has a private bathroom, TV and "his and hers" walk-in closets. The guest bedroom (2 twins) also features a walk-in closet and cable TV. There are 2 queen pull-out sleeper sofas with linens provided. Full size washer and dryer.

Private 18-hole (par 72) championship golf course designed and built by noted architect Gordon Lewis. This meticulously maintained course can be enjoyed by the beginner and intermediate, as well as the golfer who is seeking a true challenge. Course facilities include a water-driving range, short game area and practice putting green.

Between June 1 and October 31 transfer membership offers reciprocal golf at 53 area golf courses. Tee times are arranged by the Highland Woods golf shop.

This home has it all and is located in the "heart" of Bonita Springs.
