We lived in Seattle for 7 years and love this city. We are in the interior design business and love a modern green lifestyle. We like a house that can be car less and that is close by parks, restaurants and grocery shopping. Everything in our house is carefully selected for a good lifestyle, responsible with the environment but with personality and character at the same time. We know you will enjoy the house and its location and the lifestyle that it fosters.
Why the Owner Chose Phinney Ridge
We decided to convert our house into a vacation rental because we think people visiting Seattle can experience what it is and the beauty around a true Seattle Neighborhood. We thought the silence at night and the proximity to everything made you had the best of the country living and city living at once. We also love Green Lake, a lake 3 blocks from where our house is. Having it within walking distance has always been a bonus for all the people that come to our house.
The Unique Benefits of this Single Family
The House has a Japanese flair because of its simplicity. Although it was built in 1910 we have an eclectic mix of things here. It has all the modern lifestyle's necessary items life free Wifi and cable TV and at the same time quiet lifestyles and a great garden and a walking and safe neighborhood around.
