Foyer entry. Gourmet kitchen with working island. All General Electric appliances, full range and oven, microwave, side by side refrigerator freezer with ice and water dispenser through the door, dishwasher, wood cabinets, under cabinet lights, recessed ceiling lights, granite countertop, small table and stools for in-kitchen dining, large size pantry.
Dining area with seating for six. U-shaped sectional in the living area with sofa bed; TV wall unit stores 27" TV and DVD player, also a 300 CD disk stereo changer for stereo music; coffee table, side table with lamp and tourchier floor lamp.
Balcony with table and chairs, wicker love seat, chairs and table.
Master has queen size poster bed, night tables and lamps, chest of drawers, small size TV and bookcase; master bed has his/her separate walk-in closets.
Master bath has roman bathtub, separate shower enclosure with glass door and separate private commode area, his/her vanities and linen closet.
Second bedroom connects to hall bathroom; bedroom has a full size bed and love seat sized sofa bed, dresser, night table, lamp, small TV and DVD player, walk-in closet.
The second bathroom has a full size shower with glass doors, full mirrored vanity, open towels closet and can be accessed from the hallway or the second bedroom.
The third bedroom has a twin size bed hiding a trundle bed, small child size bench, dresser; closet doors are fully mirrored.
The full size utility room comes equipped with full size General Electric washer and drier, wood cabinets and folding area with a utility sink.
This is a corner unit, therefore there are windows in every room with outside views, including the utility room. The second bedroom has a balcony with ocean and beach views. This condo is on the northwest side of the building, it's a corner unit on the fourth floor of a five story building; it feels very private. It feels almost suspended and isolated from the world. From the living room you have an open view of a grassy area and the distant scenery of trees and other buildings in the distance. You can see the smoke stack of the cruise ships when entering and leaving Port Canaveral. It is extremely relaxing and bright. It has blackout verticals blocking the outside light, if that is your choice.
The kitchen is equipped with cooking and baking utensils and small electrical appliances, such as espresso coffee maker, regular electric drip coffee maker, blender, small toaster oven, hand beater. There are ceiling fans and ceilings lights in every room except the bathrooms and kitchen which don't have ceiling fans.
Mystic Vista is part of the Villages of Seaport, a gated community with 24 hours security guard, with coded entry into the community. The building has it's own separate security access code entry. The beach can only be accessed through a keyed entry door, as well as the club house and pools. There are four community pools of which one pool is for the Mystic Vista residents exclusive use.

A beauty of a beach, and the amenities in the community make you feel as if you are living in a resort community. We came to visit friends and were so pleased, that decided to buy as a family get-away.
