Professionally decorated. Master bedroom has French doors exiting onto the large rear deck as well as a large bathroom with his and her sinks and a walk in shower. Bedroom 2 also has French doors that exit onto rear deck. Bedroom 3 shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the tv room, which has a full size futon for extra sleeping space. Kitchen is a chef's dream with granite counter tops, gas range, and all stainless appliances.

Great Time in a Great House!! The location is near several restaurants and grocery store that were all within walking distance. Shopping at local boutiques was convenient and was a great walk on a sunny Saturday morning. The house is adorable, clean and the perfect size for a weekend getaway. Much better than staying at a hotel. The owners were extremely helpful and the house was very clean and had everything you needed. Can't wait to stay there again.

What a great home! We had such a nice time in this property. It was the perfect location for a girls weekend. Not only could we walk to restaurants and night spots we were a short distance to various attractions (Burbon distillery tours and winerys). The home itself was decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed and a fabulous deck to enjoy cocktails and appetizers. Thanks so much for a wonderful weekend.

My 5 friends and I stayed in this home during January. It is very nice and in a good location to major destinations. We enjoyed the stay and I highly recommend this place for your vacation or stay in the area.

From the beginning of the inquiry process to checking out, the owner was great to work with. The house is beautiful and in a wonderful location. The master bathroom is awesome, with walk in shower, large closet and double sinks. The house has many extras and plenty of room for entertaining. We parked our car on Friday and enjoyed shopping, dining and a football game all without the hassle of driving. I definitely recommend this property. It will not disappoint.

This property exceeded my expectations in every way, as Jeff has thought of every detail. I have a family of 8 and the home still felt spacious. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the deck and backyard and I enjoyed all of the beautiful updates in the kitchen and master bath. The home was spotless, and the decor was fresh and family friendly. We were able to walk to the grocery store, drug store, boutique shops, Starbucks, church, and even a recommended local BBQ restaurant that was on our list of places to see. A quick drive had us in the middle of downtown. If I ever have occasion to return to Lexington, I will definitely stay here again!

Staying at this house was delightful. It was spacious and accommodated our large party. The master bedroom and bath are beautiful. The kitchen worked out great. I highly recommend this property for a family or even a girls getaway.

Stayed in the house with two adults and three children under the age of five. The owners were very accomodating to our special requests. Clean, stylish and utterly comfortable. Spent a lot of time on the spacious back deck while the kids ran around the backyard. Cooked all our meals in the updated kitchen. A wonderful experience. Will definitely be back to visit!

We stayed a week in your beautiful house. We were in Lexington for our son's wedding. The house was in such a great location, close to everything and within walking distance to so many shops and cute places to eat. We hosted a rehearsal dinner, and found the kitchen and all the storage room to be great, in our preparations. We were able to host our out of town family and friends in our house, they all commented on how roomy and comfortable the house was. They were able to walk to the shops and enjoy the cute neighborhood. Thank you for such a great place to stay.

My wife and I stayed at this home for a wedding with some friends and it was PERFECT. House is immaculately clean, great location and very cozy....perfect for spending time with friends and family.
