I'm in business in the LA area and wanted a place to get away from the city and the hustle bustle of city traffic. I'l love golf and decided to look into properties in La Quinta as it was the fastest growing city, back when Real Estate was booming. I found this delightful, high end development that offered everything. It included a good investment that I could buy for less than 1/3 of the original sale price!
