Beautiful two bedroom Condo in gated community (the EDGE in Grayhawk) in a fantastic North Scottsdale location. This ground level Condo is located in a resort like community and has been newly painted and furnished in September 2009.
The condo is privately located with patio backing onto the desert. The 2 bedrooms are tastefully decorated. The master bedroom includes a queen size pillow top bed, 26" flatscreen LCD TV, ample closet space and ensuite bathroom with soaker tub. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a queen,26" flatscreen LCD TV and ample closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a breakfast bar. The living room is warm with a sleeper sofa and a 50 " plasma HD TV with a surround system/DVD/CD. Own washer and dryer. The condo also has a private office area and provides all the comforts of home.
The Edge at Grayhawk provides many services and activities to all guests. The beautiful club house offers many activities including a private movie theatre, video games room with a Wii; x-box 360 and PS3, billiards table, gaming tables, indoor and outdoor fireplaces with seating area, espresso bar, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and fitness center.
The EDGE at Grayhawk is only minutes away from many golf courses including the TPC (FBR-Pheonix open), Grayhawk, North Toon, Eagle Mountain, and Boulders. Fine dining establishments, amusement attractions, walking/biking trails and shopping (including outlet malls) are also close by. The Edge is also a great place to stay if you want to take in the major league spring training.

We choose the edge at Grayhawk for our vacation rental because of the community amenities and location. The gated community offers many recreational activities such as 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 billard tables, private movie theatre, total fitness center, electronic games room, espresso bar and other fantastic community events. The community is close to world class golf, shopping, hiking and biking baths, lakes and easy access to major highways.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is a 1200 sqft fully furnished ground level (no stairs) unit with a private patio, overlooking a tranquil desert setting. The unit includes 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, separate office area, ample living room with sofa bed and 50" HDTV and entertainment system.

While traveling in the USA our families discovered and fell in love with Arizona. The warm dry heat, beautiful scenery, friendly people, ample shopping, extraordinary dining, attractions and excellent golf courses convinced us that Scottsdale would be a perfect yearly vacation destination.

We had the good fortune to have stayed in this unit and could not have been happier. The owners are lovely people who responded to our every concern or question. This unit was at least as nice as it is represented here on this site. We highly recommend this unit.and were truly sorry we had to leave.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
