This lovely two bedroom two bath is a corner unit. Completely renovated, all new furniture, big screen TV. A spacious porch with direct beach access. Walk out the back door and enjoy the pool and beach. The next building from this unit is about 50 yards so you can say you have a nice size yard for privacy.
The unit is completely tiled. Board games are available as well. There is a TV/VCR/DVD in living room and cable in both bedrooms. There are ceiling fans throughout if you chose not to use air conditioning all day.
There are many things to enjoy. Orlando is about two hours away and Miami is about 1.5 hours away. This condo is centrally located, and of course lets not forget the beach which is so relaxing. If you enjoy relaxing and/or fishing this is the place for you.
