This lovely two bedroom two bath 1st floor corner unit.Big screen TV spacious screen porch with direct beach access. Walk out the back door and enjoy the pool and beach. The next building from this unit is about 50 yards so you can say you have a nice size yard for privacy.
The unit is completely tiled. Board games are available as well. There is a TV/VCR/DVD in living room and cable in both bedrooms. There are ceiling fans throughout if you chose not to use air conditioning all day.
There are many things to enjoy. Orlando is about two hours away and Miami is about 1.5 hours away. This condo is centrally located, and of course lets not forget the beach which is so relaxing. If you enjoy relaxing and/or fishing this is the place for you.

We rented this property last September-October 2012. We found the unit quite clean and presentable on arrival after paying the full rental amount and damage deposit upfront However, after a few days, there was quite a deluge of ants coming through the walls. We contacted the owner and he had the unit fumigated within a day or so, however, they still were a minor problem. We left the condo in excellent condition and were told by the owner that he would return the damage deposit within one week of our return back to Canada. It is now nearly four months, and we have not received the damage deposit, even after numerous emails since our arrival home.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
