Our professionally decorated Lakepoint townhouse is an ideal getaway for a family reunion, ski vacation, a romantic getaway or a summer retreat. It is located in Frisco, the heart of Summit County and with walking distance to Lake Dillon. Our Custom built home has over 1800 square feet of living area. The open floor plan provides a rustic charm.
The living room has a floor to ceiling marble fireplace, vaulted ceilings finished in pine planks and the staircase is crafted with hand peeled pine logs. Beautiful wood and Spanish tile on first floor. The master bath has a jetted tub that is great treat after a day of skiing. The kitchen is open to the living room with an island surrounded by bar stools and a walk in pantry. The French doors in the dining area open to a large deck and enclosed yard with beautiful mountain and lake views. The garage has storage for skis and bikes. The free bus shuttle to area resorts is just a block away as well as bike paths that surround Lake Dillon and connect to other area towns.
In the winter you can enjoy world class alpine skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating and many more activities. Frisco is in close proximity of five major ski resorts: eight minutes to Copper Mountain, 10 minutes to Breckenridge and Keystone as well as 20 minutes to Vail and Arapahoe Basin. In the summer you can enjoy breathtaking views while biking, hiking, golfing, sailing, horseback riding, hot air ballooning and white water rafting.
We are sure that you will find all the amenities of home and find unlimited number of activities to interest all members of the family.

Why the Owner Chose Lakepoint
We chose Frisco, Colorado for our vacation home because we love the mountains. Our home is located on the edge of Lake Dillon. The summers are so beautiful, the weather is nice and cool while most of the USA is very hot. There are many activities in both summer and winter in Summit County. We are located between three major ski resort: Copper Mountain, Keystone and Breckenridge.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
Our home is located on a great lot with spectacular lake and mountain views. Our backyard is open to the wetland of Lake Dillon. We can see beautiful Lake Dillon from our back deck. The sunset on the lake are breathtaking. Our home is acessible from the ground level, which is a big plus. We rented for a few years before buying a home in Frisco and most of the three bedroom condos were on the 3rd Floor. That is quit a hike, especially when you are adjusting the the altitude. Our home also has a nice yard with a deck in the backyard. We enjoy sitting on the back deck in the summer and viewing the beautiful sunsets and wildlife. We have a friendly fox that comes close to our home early every morning and our children get such a kick out of watching for him.

We chose Frisco, Colorado for our vacation because of the small town feel. There are many things to do and see in beautiful Summit County. Our home is located close the three major ski resorts: Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Keystone. All resorts are within 10 miles of our home. The summers are lovely in Frisco with the high temperatures in the mid 80's. The edge of Lake Dillon is just a short 5 minute walk from our home. Our backyard is open the the wetlands of Lake Dillon were you can enjoy wonderful lake and mountain views. The bike path entrance is a block from our home. Summit County is the greatest place for bike riding during the summer. The senic view are just amazing from the bike path around Lake Dillon. The bike paths in Frisco connect to Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail. We love our location because we are in the heart of Summit County and there are so many events and entertainment offered in Frisco and the surrounding resort towns.

Fantastic Place. The pictures don't do it justice--very well decorated, comfortable, and enough room for 8 and 9 people. Unless you have to have ski-in/ski-out, the location is ideal for Copper with Breck amenities close by. I would stay again with family/friends in a heartbeat and its great for a variety of age groups. No negatives whatsoever.

This home is beautiful and very comfortable. It was perfect for our family of six. The location is excellent being close to stores, restaruants and the ski resorts. The owner is easy to work with and responds quickly to inquiries. We would definitely choose to stay in this lovely townhouse again and would highly recommend it to others.

This review is long overdue. We stayed here last year during Christmas week. The condo was so comfortable and the location was great. Loved the proximity to the supermarket, ski rental shop and to the main street where all the shops are located. As for skiing we were near Vail, Breckenridge and Keystone. Loved the option of being within 30 minutes of each mountain. The condo was clean, comfortable and cozy. I like to cook and the kitchen had everything. I felt I was in a home that people actually lived in. The view from the living, dining, and master bedroom was beautiful. Could see all the mountains.I Definitely recommend this accommodation. Hope to return in the future.

Great place for an extended family. Plenty of sleeping and bathroom space. Good access to major ski resorts without the some of the hecticness that can result from staying right in the resort. Owners great to work with and very accommodating. We would rent again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My friends and I stayed here on our weekend trip to colorado. We skied Keystone, Copper and Breckenridge. This townhouse is close to the freeways and close to the bus that takes you to each of the mountains. The accommodations were nice and the owners we very easy to get in touch with, etc. Would recommend to anyone.

We stayed here July 2010 and had a wonderful time. This home is professionally decorated, spacious and very well maintained. I felt like I was in my own home. The location was great for walking, riding bikes and near all the ski resorts in summit county. It is a two or three minute walk to the walking and biking trail around dillon lake. We actually walked to Frisco for lunch. We would love to return in the near future.
