We were very impressed with the property as a whole as well as our villa. Jack did a great job meeting us and going over the details of our unit and information regarding the property. We enjoyed hanging out at the lagoons snorkeling and walking the boardwalk. The kids loved the 2 pools and hot tub, unfortunately the other hot tub was not functioning. We were dissapointed in the stocking of our unit, basic items like coffee filters and sugar were not supplied and there was not nearly enough paper towel or toilet paper so we had to go and purchase more of those items. We felt that the dishes were at a minimum, mugs especially and we were concerned with a large crack in the stove top. The stove elements were very slow to heat perhaps due to the damage. As well we were awoken at 7:45 by the front desk to say someone would be coming at 8:15 to do some work on the sliding doors, not acceptable, agreed on 9am but no one ever showed up. All in all it was a great place to stay, good location, good shopping and we would recommend the property to others but if we were to come again we would perhaps select a different unit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
