I have been living partially in Florida for over 20 years. I purchased this unit to be on the beach during the Winters at first but then came to enjoy the warm climate so that I now live there over 1/2 the year.
Why the Owner Chose Ocean Sands
Always wanted to live near the water and be near to shopping and restaurants. My husband and I looked at many condos along the Gulf of Mexico but this unit was truly a stand-out. It has everything that you would ever want for perfect Florida living.
