We are enjoying our retirement (we were in retail and real estate), 3 children and 4 grand children. My husband who is 78 walks to the beach everyday and I can also walk to buy bread etc.

My Family and I have spent a wonderful vacation in this lovely villa, it was our first visit to Cannes but with Madame Gisele's help I felt home, she is a very helpful and humple owner who never returned any of my enquiries with failure in fact she answer back and always go to the extra mile . The Villa is well occupied with all facility (dishwasher,washing machines,dryer,TVs.Wi-Fi,Satlite Cable , cozy kitchen and comfy bedrooms . we always have bathrooms conflicts with any holiday rental ; but this time we did not have such problem as each room is served with private elegant bathroom , beds are comfy and clean, it is safe and secured for family with kids as mine, location is perfect for those who love to walk ; it is five minutes walk to the city center and if you would like to discover Cannes and riviera using local transportations (the Azure Bus is just minuite walk from the villa). The most important and unforgettable experience about this Villa is The great lovely couple of Dr.John & Mrs Gisele If I have the opportunity to visit Cannes again I wouldn't ever choose any other villa and I do recommend it to others with much confidence. Thanks to the great hospitality from Gisele, we had a fabulous time during our stay for the film festival. The villa is tucked away from the main Croisette, which was great for getting away from all the noise on the Croisette, but close enough to it to walk to and from. It literally is only a 10 minute walk through the lovely streets of Cannes to the Croisette (the Carlton hotel) and about 15 minutes to Palais. The house has a great pool and there is a bathroom for every bedroom (but only 2 toilettes). Private and secure and spacious for the 6 people we had staying there. We loved it! The owner was very helpful in answering our questions about the area and she even drove us down to the Croisette to show us around the first day. I would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family. We did not have a car while in Cannes and during the festival it was about 15 euro for a cab to come and pick us up or take us home from the Palais - during other times of the year I am not sure. However it seemed there was plenty of room to park at the villa. We will definitely be back next year for the film festival! See you then, Gisele! Au revoir!
