Once you enter our condo, you will know you are home. Described as our "Rose in Winter", you will immediately be swept away with the feeling of the tropics with it's Caribbean Chic decor. Our condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining/living combo area, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and balcony. It has ceiling fans and air conditioning in all rooms. There is a washer and dryer in the hall closet. In addition, there is a large safe for your valuables and the front door is equipped with a doorbell and peephole for your safety and comfort. For those traveling during Hurricane Season and have concerns, the condo is equipped with sturdy hurricane shutters, the condo complex is located high above the cliffs in an elevated section of the island and our condo itself is 6 floors above the parking area.
On the property you will find two usable swimming pools and one decorative pool, private boutique beach with natural cove for shade. Sit by the one of the front pools and take in the view of the Caribbean as you watch the sailboats sail by on their way to adventure. And for your comfort, there is 24/7 gated security and on site parking.
The complex is centrally located, just minutes from the airport, nightlife in Maho or Simpson Bay or 10 minutes from Marigot and the French side. It is also just up the street from beautiful Mullet beach and close to most island activities. Across the street you will find a small grocery store, Casino, and some of the best restaurants on the island including Temptation, Rare, La Gondola, and one of our favorite inexpensive and casual dining places, The Sugar Cane Cafe for lunch or dinner. Approximately 3 minutes from the complex in both directions (Maho and Cupecoy) are 2 larger grocery stores for purchasing your staples.
To start our guests off, we supply a roll of paper towels, tissues, a small bottle of dish detergent, soap, small shampoos, toilet paper, and dishwasher tabs. We also like to think of our condo as a sharing condo and so whatever is usable is welcomed to be left for our next guests to use such as detergent, books, and foods with shelf life. There are multiple DVD's, a Playstation 2 plus games, and various books to read in our entertainment cabinet. In addition, we have a few beach chairs, an umbrella, a blow up raft, small softsided coolers for the beach, pool noodles, and beach towels.
Like many others are happy to admit, once you've visited St. Maarten, there's no looking back and once you stay at our condo, you will never look elsewhere. Simply stated, paradise found...

Why the Owner Chose Cupecoy
We purchased our condo in Cupecoy, St. Maarten because Cupecoy is so centrally located yet away from the busier areas. It offers us easy accessibility to everything we could want. We knew that this location was just minutes from Maho, Simpson Bay, and the airport, 10 minutes from quaint Marigot on the French side and because it is located on a higher elevation compared to the rest of the island, it gives us spectacular views and offers us the protection we would need from any severe weather conditions that could happen on a tropical island. Down the street is the Atlantis Casino which is surrounded by many wonderful restaurants. Across the street is a small gourmet grocery store for select food items (but it would be suggested to limit your purchases and save most for a trip to a larger market when time permits.)
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The Rainbow complex is a gated community with 24 hour security. The complex boasts 3 pools, 2 of which overlook the Caribbean waters. There is a gorgeous spiral staircase that leads down to a private boutique beach that holds a massive cove for shade. There is an on-site gym and roof-top tennis court. For anyone who would like to hold conferences, there is also a large conference room available for meetings.
The closest Grocery Store is just 5 minutes by car in the Porto Cupecoy Resort. This store has almost anything you would want for your stay at our condo.
Our favorite beach on the island! A boutique beach next to Mary's Boon which serves Tapas on ceramic plates and drinks in glass cups. Gorgeous views and easy to enter/exit the water.
Maho is where the nightlife is! From restaurants to a casino to nightclubs and stores. This is where most will spend their evenings. Then when you're done having fun, escape back to Rainbow to the peace and quiet :)
The Royal Palm Resort, just over the Simpson Bay Bridge is where you would pick up the free cell phone rental unless, of course, you use Kenny's Car Rental for your car rental needs.
At this point is where you would follow the signs to Karakter Beach and Mary's Boon.

We are the proud owners of what we call our "Rose in Winter", a gorgeous 2 bedroom condo on the beautiful island of St. Maarten. We have been traveling to this island for many years and in 2006 felt that it was time to plant some roots. In April of 2008 we closed on our condo and finally our dream had come true. Although we are considered off-site landlords, we do take active participation in our guests comfort and so we are always there in one way or another to help our guests with their needs, help them navigate the island and help them to discover how wonderful this island can be.

We just returned from a 12 day fun filled trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our luxurious stay at this well maintained, well stocked and very clean condo facing the Carribean Sea. We certainly appreciated Vicky's helpful nature, quick responses and fantastic suggestions that all helped make our vacation in Sint Maarten a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. We had a great stay at Rainbow Beach club, Vicky was very helpful with every detail and eliminates all of the "unknown" issues before you even arrive. The condo was beautiful, clean and well supplied with the things you need to enjoy your stay. We liked the Cupecoy area to stay in - close enough to everything you need and far away from everything you don't (like the cruise ship crowds) Vicky's customer service however is what sets this rental apart from any other condo on the island or Resorts for that matter. If you have any issue what so ever, she will do anything within her ability to help you have a wonderful stay.

We stayed over the Easter holidays and greatly enjoyed the island and the Rainbow beach club. Comfortable unit with all the amenities you need for a family with 2 children. Great pools with a scenic view. Vicki was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and activities for us to do as a family. Many of the owners there are also quite friendly in giving tips about the island. A week wasn't enough, next year 2 weeks!

We just recently came back from staying at Rainbow- it was by far the BEST vacation ever! The unit was more than we ever expected- beautiful! The area was quieter and cleaner than the entire rest of the island- was the perfect place to return to after a day of site seeing. Vicki was the perfect host she gave us so many wonderful tips and was always just an email away if we had questions. We are looking forward to returning to the Rainbow for our next vacation to Saint Maarten and would HIGHLY suggest this rental- for all types of vacationers, couples, families any group visiting the island would be very comfortable and pleased with this rental!!! Thanks again we had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back.

Our family of 5 had a great vacation! We have three young children and the condo met all of our needs. We felt like we were at home. The security was great. We felt very safe. The layout was perfect and spacious and it was nice to be able to see the ocean. The location was about a five minute drive from our favorite beaches! The owner was so easy to work with. We would definately return.

This is a lovely condo with just about every amenity you could hope for. It is beautifully furnished and has tons of little extras that make vacationing here a breeze. The location is very good, close to restaurants, shopping, etc. and the complex is very secure. The gym facilities are the best I've seen in more than 15 years of visiting St. Maarten. The owners were a pleasure to work with and made sure that every detail was taken care of.

We are a family with a teenage son so this condo was spot on; two bedrooms with own bathrooms and plenty of space for all. The apartment was in good condition and with quality furnishings so we enjoyed every bit of our stay. The pools (and a small beach) are handy to have close by, altough we mostly went to explore the island's many beaches. We had no issues and can recommend this apartment, thank you for Vicki and all the staff at Rainbow Beach Club.

We just returned from our vacation in St. Maarten. This was our fourth time in St. Maarten and our second time at the Rainbow Beach Club. First of all, let me say that I have dealt with many fantastic owners on VRBO, however, Vicki exceeds them all. From the very beginning she was quick to respond to any question I had. She has a wonderful booklet that she gives you that has all of the tips you could possibly need regarding the condo, the area, beaches, restaurants, etc. I also became ill on our vacation and she responded to me in minutes by email and directed me to the nearest clinic and pharmacy. I truly just cannot say enough about Vicki. I am a stickler for customer service and she far exceeded my expectations. Now, to the condo. It is beautifully furnished, great location in the complex, and very well taken care of. It has everything you need. It has a great balcony to sit and watch the sunsets. The beds are comfortable and the condo and complex are very quiet. Regarding the area, I have stayed in other parts of the island, but Cupecoy and the Rainbow Beach Club has become my absolute favorite. There is a casino and restaurants within walking distance. The restaurants range from casual to high end and they are all excellent! There are two grocery stores that are very close and a beautiful beach (Mullet Bay) within walking distance. I could go on and on about the Island, the area, Vicki and the Rainbow Beach Club. The Rainbow Beach Club has become my home away from home and I will definitely be checking with Vicki and the availability of her condo the next time we return to the Island.

What an excellent time we had at this property. Located near the American Univ of the Caribbean Medical School it was home away from home during a visit from our family to our daughter in the med school. Vicki was fantastic to work with and was super fast responsive on our questions/concerns. The condo is beautiful, well equipped and lacks for nothing. The property is beautiful with 3 great pools and beach access. The unit is clean, cool and has all the comforts of home as well as beach gear. The price is superb and compares with with local hotels but you get a whole lot more. We could not have been happier and will use this property again someday if the opportunity comes up. Have no hesitation to rent this unit.
