Keywords: Duplex with front yard and side yard. Hot tub outside of front door in front yard. !/2 block to a public lake and a little more to the Blue River. Great place for dogs.
Duplex with 360 mountain views. Private lake, picnic area and new bike trails one block away. The bike trails runs along the blue river and ends up on the other side in Silverthorne. The duplex is extremely quiet as it is on a courtyard with only a few neighbors who live there year around. It is not part of a condo complex which can be extremely noisy. In the summer enjoy the lake which is one block behind the house.
Enjoy 5 ski resorts within 10- 20 minutes. Loveland, Keystone, A- Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper mountain. Vail and Beaver Creek just a half hour to 35 minutes away as well.
The recreation center with racket ball, sauna, steam bath, swimming pool and hot tubs is just 4 blocks away. Also the outlet stores are just 6-7 blocks down the street. Movie theater and super markers just one to two miles away.

Why the Owner Chose Other Silverthorne Properties
I love to ski and mountain bike thus I bought the duplex to get away. The duplex gives me an opportunity to go skiing and rent it out when I am not using it.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The unit is just blocks away from the recreation center and outlet shopping. The recreation center has sauna, vapor room, indoor swimming pool and hot tubs. Too tired to go to the rec center then there is a hot tub in the front yard.

I live in Denver and last year bought a duplex in Silverthorne. I ski a lot as I grew up in the Swiss and French Alps and I speak both fluent French and Spanish as well as just a little Italian. I would love to go back to Europe and ski there again as well as travel.
