We bought this location because it reminded us of California, with all the hills, the majestic oak trees and water, water everywhere.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love going into our solarium early in the morning or late in the evening for cocktails. Our house sits high atop a hill overlooking Mill Neck Bay. We love to wave at the boats going by and the many species of water fowl. No matter what room we are in, we enjoy magnificent water views.
