Light, bright and NEW in 2007, this beautiful condo is conveniently located on the borders of Tempe, Scottsdale and Mesa. Find dozens of golf courses minutes away (ASU’s Karsten Course 1 mile), with Riverview public course across the street. Tempe Town Lake is nearby with boat rental, bike/walking trails, fishing, volleyball, picnicking, a splash park (open spring/summer), and is the site of numerous festivals year-round.
Be our guest in our townhouse-style condo in a gated, resort-style complex. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio, take a swim in one of 2 sparkling heated pools with ramadas, lounge in one of the whirlpool spas, or make plans for dinner at one of the many restaurants located less than 5 minutes away.
Enjoy all the comforts of home during your stay. The fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters has a range w/convection oven, deluxe microwave, refrigerator w/icemaker, and you’ll also find plastic wrap/foil, spices, dish/laundry soap, so all that you need is your food! The living room has a large, flat-screen TV and full-size sofabed, and there is a guest half bath downstairs. The master bedroom, with vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet, another flat-screen TV, and king-size bed appointed with luxurious, 600-thread count linens and extra pillows, is large and spacious. The master bath has plenty of thick, fluffy towels and upscale bath products. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, luxury linens and en-suite full bathroom. A full-size air bed is also in the unit. Baby items available upon request at no extra charge: portable crib, highchair, baby gates, infant swing.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We enjoy live music and theatre and the opportunities for both are nearby. Gammage Auditorium at ASU and the Mesa Arts Center feature touring Broadway shows and concerts, Mill Avenue (which borders ASU) has eclectic shops and restaurants and is famous for live music, and Tempe Town Lake hosts several music festivals every year. And of course, there's baseball spring training...
