Light, bright and new in 2007, this beautiful condo is conveniently located on the borders of Tempe, Scottsdale and Mesa. Find dozens of golf courses minutes away (ASU’s Karsten Course 1 mile), with Riverview public course across the street. Tempe Town Lake is nearby with boat rental, bike/walking trails, fishing, volleyball, picnicking, a splash park (open spring/summer), and is the site of numerous festivals year-round.

Enjoy your morning coffee or grill out on the private patio, take a swim in one of 2 sparkling pools with ramadas, lounge in the whirlpool spa, or make plans for dinner at one of many restaurants located less than 5 minutes away.

Enjoy all the comforts of home during your stay, with all furnishings and beds purchased new in 2009. The fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters has an induction-top range w/convection oven, deluxe microwave, refrigerator w/icemaker, and quiet dishwasher. You’ll also find plastic wrap/foil, spices, flour and sugar, paper products, dish/laundry soap, so all you need is food! The living room has a 50" plasma HDTV, DVD/CD and full-size sofabed, and there is a guest half bath downstairs. Upstairs is the master bedroom, with vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet, 32" flat-screen HDTV with DVD player, and king-size pillowtop bed appointed with luxurious, 600-thread count linens and extra pillows, is large and spacious. The master bath has plenty of thick, fluffy towels and upscale bath products. The second bedroom has a queen-size pillowtop bed, walk-in closet, 32" flat-screen HDTV, luxury linens and en-suite full bathroom. Baby items available upon request at no extra charge: portable crib, highchair, baby gates, infant swing, some toys.
