This exclusive Cascade Highland home, with three master suites and a large recreation room, is perfect for two families or three couples. A bunk room allows for a total of 12 people. Entering our home on the ground level foyer leads you into our beautiful living room with views of our 1.5 acre property. On this same level is one of the two master suites, a powder room, the spacious living room, gourmet kitchen, dining room, laundry room and garage. All of these rooms access the wrap-around deck and spa. The downstairs floor of our home features two bedrooms with king beds and private baths; a large, kid-friendly recreation room with kitchenette; a bunk room and another full bath.
In 2009, we outfitted this beautiful home entirely with new furnishings in an elegant, yet comfortable, style including rustic bedroom sets, 4 flat-screen TVs, over-sized leather couch sets in both the living room and recreation room, and a rustic wood dining table that seats 12. Our kitchen is furnished with top brand, stainless appliances and all the amenities you could desire.
We have furnished our mountain home for fun and comfort with plenty of games in the large recreation room (Nintendo Wii, air hockey, a large screen TV, DVD library, kitchenette, etc.); cozy bedrooms; and a relaxing outdoor spa. Two master bedroom suites are appointed with the innovative Sleep Number, top-of-the-line, king mattresses to ensure the finest quality sleep and comfort. Linens are of high quality.
Situated on 1.5 acres, this home, accented with log and timber ceilings and walls, is your ideal vacation spot for both winter and summer activities. You will ski out to Big Sky Resort right from our door using the White Otter Lift. Kids 10 and under ski free anytime all season (up to two free kids per paying adult.) The Gallatin River, world-class fly fishing and an Arnold Palmer 18-hole golf course are just minutes away. The amazing Yellowstone National Park is only 45 minutes away!

- Convertible Bed : There is a futon-style, convertible Euro sofa which converts into a full-sized bed or chaise lounge in the rec room.

- Deck/Patio : Our upper-level deck wraps around two sides of the house with the hot tub/spa on the deck on the side of the house.

- Mountain View : Great views of Andesite Mountain and peaks of Lone Mountain
- Ski-In : Groomed access trail runs adjacent to our property. The access from our house to the trail, as well as our driveway, decks and walkway, will be groomed any time it snows 4" or more. We suggest taking skis off at the bottom of White Otter chair lift and walking up our property to the rec room door. You can also take the Cascade chair lift and ski down through the Cascade subdivision to our home.
- Ski-Out : Directly from the front door access groomed trail to chairlift. Getting from our house to the White Otter chair lift is very easy.
- Communications
- Telephone : House phone is for toll-free calls only so bring a calling card or prepaid phone card for your long-distance calls. The house phone number is 406-995-2717. We get excellent cell phone reception using Verizon Wireless.
- Broadband Internet : Bring your own laptop, we furnish a printer-copier-fax machine.
- WiFi (Wireless Internet) : Bring your laptop. Use of our wireless Internet is included in the rental charges.
- Other Amenities
- Ski-in, ski-out from the home to a groomed trail. Nearby is the White Otter chair lift. The Huntley and Summit Inn Hotels will provide bellman service to and from their hotels. Through our property management service, concierge services are available including grocery shopping, massage and spa treatments, catering and private chef, tours, holiday decorating, dry cleaning, and other special requests.
- Suitability
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations) : There are two steps at front door landing from the driveway. The kitchen, dining room, living room and one master bedroom are all accessible on the ground level. There is a 3" step into the shower in this bedroom. Inside the shower, there is a bench to sit on. The lower level of the home is accessed via a stairway that could be difficult for a handicapped person to get down.
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations) : There are two steps at front door landing from the driveway, so some assistance up these stairs would be necessary. The kitchen, dining room, living room and one master bedroom are all accessible on the ground level. The shower in this bedroom has a 3" step. Inside the shower, there is a bench to sit on. The lower level of the home would not be wheelchair accessible.
- Kid Friendly : The home is ideal for families. The large recreation room on the lower level of the home is a playland for children of all ages. There is one stairway leading down to the lower level. Small children will need to be supervised to avoid falls down the stairs.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
- Smoking Not Allowed : No smoking allowed on the property - inside or outside. Tenants forfeit all of the damage deposit if smoking occurs in the home.

This is a beautiful, private, nicely furnished, luxurious mountain home with all the necessesties and more. Everything is well laid out and nicely organized and the owners provide a large binder with area maps, information, and restaurants. Soaking in the hot tub after a long hike with a glass of wine looking at the mountain stars was wonderful. The beds were all extremely comfortable with very nice upscale linens. We were able to see many deer, chipmunks, marmots and a bear very up close from the deck! This was our first visit to Big Sky, and we will definitely return. The owners were accomodating with all our needs, and very communicative. There are so many outdoor things to do during the mountain summer. I will probably consider Big Sky first before returning to Colorado resorts like Aspen and Vail again. The Montanans are very down to earth and friendly, and landscape is so majestic and unspoiled. "I want do THANK YOU!!! for letting us stay at your house. It was so beautiful, your house is so beautiful. Everybody liked it a LOT. We had so much fun that week, skiing, snowboarding and just relaxing in the jacuzzi. You have everything organized and I liked that a lot. That's how I like to be and it helped us a lot. I will recommend your house to my friends for sure if they wanna go to ski in Big Sky."

"We had a great time and would love to come back soon. We would definitely recommend the house to friends. We went to the Rainbow Ranch one night and the Cabin another, but otherwise we ate every meal in. The kitchen was perfectly set up for us. We are hoping to get back out there one more time this winter so I will contact you as our plans come together. Thanks for being so accommodating."
