The 'Rising Rainbow' cabin is located on the banks of the Yellowstone river with over 4 miles of private river access to this incredibly scenic stretch of water in Paradise Valley, Montana. This modern cabin sleeps up to six and is ideal for couples and small families who seek the wonders of Yellowstone National Park combined with the serenity and solitude where your only neighbors are an array of wonderful wildlife such as elk, deer, birds of prey and much more, not to mention the incredible views of the Absaroka-Beartooth and Gallatin ranges of the Rocky Mountains.
Yellowstone National Park is just minutes away via a short drive through the famous 'Yankee Jim Canyon' where a toll road once existed along with a not forgotten rail road. This drive takes the guest to the main entrance of the park and the town of Gardiner, Montana which offers a unique array of museums, shops, fine dining, pubs and the local lore of a small Montana town with a rich history. The Yellowstone river parallels this drive to offer even most discriminating wildlife photographer or fly fisher countless opportunities. Many of our guests realize that this cabin offers a private location that is hard to find near famous attractions.
Our guests are also offered free travel planning assistance which includes everything from airline reservations to what to do. This can include full service guided fly fishing float trips, mountain horseback rides, western rodeos, Yellowstone Safaris, wolf watching, museum tours and just about anything one can do in order to enjoy what we call 'Montana Time'.
This cabin is well equipped with a full kitchen, large bath, comfortable bedding, a gas grill and just about everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable and relaxing. This is more than just a Montana vacation rental, this guest house is an experience in which you will become immersed in the true wonders of the wide open spaces.

My family and I really enjoyed this cabin, very clean and comfortable! The views and scenery are breathtaking! The kids especially enjoyed skipping rocks in the river and watching the "local" wildlife, an osprey, eagles, deer and elk (they even were able to experience the coyotes how)!Did you find this review helpful? The Rising Rainbow Cabin really exceeded my expectations! It's the perfect cabin by the river, I enjoyed a relaxing week reading my books in a rocking chair on the deck while watching my husband fish the shores of the river!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

About the owner: JB and Lennae Klyap met while working in Yellowstone National Park and have been in love with one another and Montana ever since. Together, they've outfitted and managed acclaimed 'Dome Mountain Ranch' which has graced the pages of nearly every outdoor publication and been the location of many films. Both understand and appreciate the importance of your 'vacation time'. Both JB and Lennae played a huge role in the actual placement and construction of the Rising Rainbow cabin which quickly became a guest favorite. As outdoor recreationalists it's not unusual to see them floating by the cabin in their raft or enjoying an evening on the river, a trip to the park or quite simply, some true 'Montana Time'. They will make sure your stay is everything you imagined, and then some.
