Relax and enjoy the Rocky Mountains in this luxurious, spacious (2800 sq. feet), brand new home located in the heart of Summit County in Silverthorne, CO. It has amazing views of the wilderness and mountains and is furnished with high quality furniture and appliances and luxury bedding and linens.
On the main floor, is the great room equipped with beautiful leather and upholstered furniture; HD flat screen TV with BlueRay DVD player; floor to ceiling windows; gas fireplace; and beautiful hardwood floors. The spacious, gourmet kitchen and dining area are fully equipped and designed for easy entertaining with access to the outdoor grill and patio area. The dining area comfortably seats 9--6 at the table and 3 at the granite center island. This is a great place to gather everyone for a relaxing evening and sharing of the day’s unforgettable vacation memories.
Our house also features 2 private master suites. The king suite, located on the main level has a tempurpedic mattress, flat screen TV, jetted tub, double vanity, glass and stone enclosed shower, access to a private patio, plenty of drawer space, and a large walk-in closet. The hot tub is conveniently located on the master suite patio. The upstairs queen suite has a tempurpedic mattress, double vanity, large glass and stone enclosed shower, beautiful mountain views, plenty of drawer space, and a spacious closet. The luxurious linens and bedding in both master suites ensure relaxation and a great night’s sleep.
On the second level of our house you will find the queen master suite, third bedroom, third bathroom, and a large, comfortably furnished second living area/loft space complete with a flat screen HD TV, DVD player, 2 club chairs, and leather sofa—a great place for guests to watch movies or to play video games. The spacious upstairs third bedroom is ideal for the young and not so young kids—it comfortably sleeps 4 to 5 people and contains two bunk beds--one has a double bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. The second bunk bed has a twin bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. Each bunk bed has convenient storage drawers. This bedroom also has a huge closet. The third bathroom contains a single vanity and a tile/stone tub and shower combination.

The community is a vibrant area with much to offer. The mountains are beautiful and offer year-round activities perfect for couples, families, and friends.

The perfect retreat! Absolutely beautiful home. Great location for outlet shopping, ski rentals, groceries ect. Perfect home to come back to after a long day of skiing and snowboarding. Great amenities, hot tub to relax in after a long day of skiing, comfortable furniture, very clean, mountain view right out the front door, cozy gas fireplace, modern kitchen, beautiful floors, lots of room to cook and relax with everyone. Huge walk in closets and bathrooms, and big flat screens throughout the home, washer dryer, huge two car garage with ample parking. The owners were absolutely wonderful, very pleased. Would definitely recommend! By far the best place we've stayed in all our trips out to Colorado. Can't wait to come back next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here during Spring Break 2010 with our sons. Minutes to Keystone and Frisco, about 15-20 minutes to Breckenridge. The Silverthorne/Dillon area has all the modern conveniences you'd find in a much larger city, but the house was the real focal point of our vacation. Every detail is first class, and you'll look forward to coming "home" your entire stay. We especially loved the beautiful decorating, spacious uncluttered layout, enormous windows, terrific kitchen, comfortable furniture, and plush beds. Our kids loved the 3 big screen TVs and the hot tub. FAR better than any place we've stayed in this area before; comfortable, relaxing, and highly recommended for any time of year.

What a wonderful place. The owners have thought of everything to help guests have a truly special vacation. And it's brand new, clean, and spacious. So close, as well, to great skiing. We're looking forward to going back.
