On the main floor, is the great room equipped with beautiful new leather and upholstered furniture; HD flat screen TV with BlueRay DVD player; floor to ceiling windows and gas fireplace; and beautiful hardwood floors. The spacious, gourmet kitchen and dining area is fully equipped and is designed for easy entertaining with access to the outdoor grill, patio, and hot tub. This is a great place to gather everyone for a relaxing evening and sharing of the day’s unforgettable vacation memories.
Our house also features 2 private master suites. The king suite, located on the main level has a new tempurpedic mattress, flat screen TV, jetted tub, shower, access to a private patio, plenty of drawer space, and large walk-in closet. The upstairs queen suite has a new tempurpedic mattress, double vanity, large shower, beautiful mountain views, and plenty of drawer space and spacious closet. The luxurious linens and bedding in both master suites ensure relaxation and a great night’s sleep.
On the second level of our house you will find a large, comfortably furnished second living area/loft space complete with a flat screen HD TV, DVD player, and a new queen size convertable/sofa sleeper—a great place for guests to watch movies or to play video games. The spacious upstairs third bedroom is ideal for the young and not so young kids—it comfortably sleeps 5 and contains two bunk beds--one has a double on the bottom and twin on top the second bunk bed has a single on the bottom and single on the top. This bedroom also has a huge closet.

We purchased this beautiful house because of our love the outdoors, the stunning views, and close proximity to all that Summit County has to offer---skiing, hiking, biking, golfing, camping, and fishing--and a desire to spend more time enjoying life. The community is a vibrant area with much to offer. The mountains are beautiful and offer year-round activities perfect for couples, families, and friends.
