Brand new 1600' square foot condo in the Spanish Valley, 4 miles from downtown Moab, Utah. 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with queen bed - this bedroom sleeps 2, bedroom 2 has a queen bed - this bedroom sleeps 2, bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and a trundle bed - this bedroom sleeps 3.
Attached two car garage, with additional storage space. Unit was just finished and purchased in November 2009. All appliances and furniture are brand new in a very tasteful southwestern style. There is a queen size futon in the alcove off the living room. Ceramic tile throughout the living/dining room, kitchen, hallways, and bathrooms. Berber carpeting in all three bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms have full panel glass doors that provide access to one of two outside patios.
Patio off the master bedroom is covered. Privacy walls and fencing between the other town home.
Moab is an outdoor lovers dream! Within a short distance there is access to: world class mountain biking trails, 4 x 4 trails, Moab Rodeo, hiking trails, white-water rafting and horseback riding. Moab is home to two National Parks, Arches and Canyonlands.

I was on vacation in Utah and Arizona this summer. I had rented one of these townhomes for a week; my family and I fell in love with it and I decided we needed a vacation home in the West. I furnished this unit as our vacation home - with all the creature comforts that we wanted and needed - truly it is not missing anything!
