This Ritz Carlton Club Unit on St. Thomas is in the popular and well-positioned Iris building on the fifth floor overlooking the bay, beach and pool. The unit is an interior unit not an end unit, which means that both bedrooms and the family room face the ocean. This building was recently remodeled and is exquisite. With all the amenities, this makes a great family or couple get away.
My family spent last spring break here and everyone had a great time. We swam, snorkeled, sailed, windsurfed, paddle-boated, shopped, explored, visited St. John's and other beaches, and relaxed. We won't be able to use our unit over the holidays and want to make the most of our allocated time. Please email for more info and to discuss rates.

Excellent property and no problems with rental. Best is the unlimited availability of sailboats, windsurfers, etc for a small weekly fee.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
