I have been the original owner since day one on this magnificent Bristol 302 third floor unit. It has been newly renovated with the colors and standards that you have come accustom to in a deluxe unit. The colors are bright and cheerful to enhance your vacation stay so that you will want to return year after year. This unique condo now has two master suites and a new queen sleeper sofa.
The living room has a 32" LCD TV with built in DVD player and the beach front master has a 26" LCD with built in DVD player. The balcony has a bar height table for four and a longer for sunning on those lazy days. This resort has it all, you will not have to leave the premises if you do not want to. There are a couple of restaurants, a European health spa, a coffee/ice cream/souvenir shop, tennis courts, walking trails, and a host of other things as well.
There are several times a year when there will be special activities for the kids as well as adults. There is also live music on certain occasions as well as activities for seniors. Be sure to ask specifically for Bristol 302 when inquiring about your reservation.

I am the original owner of this magnificent condo at the Beach Club. I have lived in Alabama since 1991 and grew up outside of Pittsburgh PA. I also lived in New Jersey for twelve years after leaving PA. I have recently built a Mediterranean style house on Lake Guntersville AL. and plan to make this my final destination.
Why the Owner Chose Other Gulf Shores Properties
One of the main reasons that I purchased a unit at the Beach Club is because there is really nothing else quite like it in the area. I am not one for cookie cutter design or amenities. It is only twelve miles off the main highway, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag to give you that freedom to choose your likings. It has most of everything that you will need if you do not want to leave the premises. I am the original owner and have not regretted making this choice for my second condo purchase.
