THIS IS THE NICEST CONDO ON THE BEACH IN THE AREA.... GUARANTEED. This is the NEW OCEAN TOWERS at Hammock Beach. The best of the best. Other listings say “near,” “access to,” or “part of” Hammock Beach Club. But they’re not here at the The Club at Hammock Beach. And none are in the EXECUTIVE TOWERS. This condo cost 1.8 million last year in a down market. For example, Cinnamon Beach is a 3 mile drive to The Club. So stop your search for the perfect vacation. Come experience unmatched amenities, luxury, beauty, family fun, personal pampering and great savings right here at The Club.
Our unit is one of the Brand New Tower units that sold for up to 1.8 million dollars. It is 50% larger than other units in the older towers. Fireplace (only towers have fire place) Viking appliances, Gourmet Kitchen, Garbage shoot, Wrap Around Patio, Huge bedrooms with own baths (not jack and jill like other units). Hi-definition LCD TV's in each room and IPOD/IPHONE charging DOCKS with alarm clocks. Plus a 50 inch HD LCD in living room.
The Club at Hammock Beach is the most family-friendly high-end, luxurious resort with unmatched amenities. See for yourself -- open another window and go to the hammock beach website. You could book through them, but you’ll pay a great deal less with us and still experience all the The Club has to offer.
Our favorite at The Club at Hammock Beach is the water pavilion (luxury water park). The kids can spend all day on the three-story tube slide, the lazy river, and in the zero-entry sandy beach pool. We go in the adult-only pool, the giant hot tub, and laze in luxury lounges served by friendly staffers who deliver food and drinks to order. Life doesn’t get better than this.
When I experience golf heaven at The Club on the surrounding Jack Nicklaus course that’s compared to Pebble Beach, my wife heads for a treatment at the world-class spa (it’s only fair). If we get up early, we go to the state-of-the-art fitness center with ocean views. As a family, we play the real-grass putting course in our bare feet. We rent bikes, walk the beach, and play tennis — on the property. There are daily activities, a Kids’ Crew and center, and concierges who define service.
Drive about 30 minutes north to visit St. Augustine, The Oldest City. Take the carriage ride tour, have lunch, and visit the old Spanish fort. On the way there, see the dolphin show at Marine Land. Daytona is a half-hour drive south, and Orlando and Disney are an easy drive away.
We love our three-bedroom condo here at The Club. From our balcony, you look across the Nicklaus course to a wide view of the ocean. The master has a king bed, a glassed-in shower and separate garden tub. The second has a double, and the third has two twins. There’s also a sleeper sofa. A full-sized washer and dryer are in the unit.
