In the event of cancellation, the following charges will normanlly apply, after deposit is made.
If more than 8 weeks prior rental date, deposit will be returned in full.
6-8 weeks prior rental date 50% of deposit will be charged.
4-6 weeks prior rental date 75% of deposit will be charged.
Less than 4 weeks 100% of deposit will be charged.
All cancellations must be in writing immediately.
We will make every effort to assist in altering dates to suit.
A booking deposit of 200.00 dollars is required with your booking, and this will confirm acceptance of our terms and conditions of all persons booked. each booking will be confirmed in writing by our selves as soon as possible.
The owner and owner's agents do not accept liability for personal injury accidents to persons,
loss and damage to personal effects how ever caused, including use of the pool.
Arrival at the property should be after 3:00 pm local time on the agreed date and must be vacated
before 11:00 am on the agreed date of departure.
Only those persons on the booking form identified as tenants are authorized to use the property,
If any changes are made of persons already booked to occupy the house, we should be notified
for insurance purposes.
No pets please.
No smoking is allowed in the villa.

Some of the benefits I enjoy at this property, is that it really is like a home away from home, because of the bed rooms bath rooms kitchen with dishes and utensils and all of the appliances through out. I also like the screened in patio.
