Hololani means "Gone To Heaven". You'll feel like you're truly THERE when you take in the view from this gorgeous 2 bed/2 bath approx. 1,200 sq. ft. condo. The unit has recently been remodeled and has all the comforts of home. The view is spectacular from the entry, the kitchen, front room, dining area, guest bedroom and bath.
A-301 has a queen sized bed in each bedroom and the wrap-around couch in the living room makes into a queen sized sofa bed. The condo can sleep six. The kitchen is a dream kitchen, fully equipped with everything you could ever need to make your culinary endeavors fun and easy. Should you want a break from cooking, there are BBQ's, tables and chairs down by the pool.
You can throw a rock into the ocean from your lanai, which has an unobstructed view of the islands of Molokai and Lanai. You also have front row seats for whale watching (Nov - May) and for sunset viewing year around. The wind surfers put on a spectacular show right in front while you sit on your lanai and take it all in. Then there are the Monk seals, large sea turtles and manta rays who like to stop by to visit.
Kahana Gateway Shopping center is just a short walk from Hololani. There you'll find several fine dining restaurants; Roy's, Black Angus Steak House, Maui Brewing Co.. and of course .. McDonalds .. as well as Bank of Hawaii, several shops and a convenience grocery store.
Hololani is just a couple minutes by car from Kapalua Airport; approximately three minutes by car going north to Kapalua for The Ritz Carleton Hotel, shops, restaurants, golf. It's approximately three minutes going south to Kaanapali for more hotels, restaurants, shops, golf. Lahaina is about a seven minute drive.
A trip "up-country" to the Teducci Winery, and the lavender farms is a fun adventure, as well as taking in a sunrise and the silver swords at Haleakela. A drive to Hana might be in the offing, but do remember it IS a full day's trip. And .. don't forget to save time to poke around the many fun Front Street shops and take in the harbor sights. Your trip wouldn't be complete without a catamaran ride. Our favorites leave from Kaanapali. A stop at Leilani's On The Beach or Hula Grill for a sunset "libation" on the way home is always a welcome treat.
To wind up a fun-filled day, you'll love sitting out on your lanai enjoying the gentle tradewinds, relishing the peacefulness of the evening while planning your adventures for tomorrow. When bed time comes you'll find yourself drifting off to sleep with the soothing lull of the waves right outside your door.

Why the Owner Chose Kahana
We had previously stayed at Hololani and found it to be the right size and location for us. It's a family-oriented facility, right on sandy Kahana Beach with restaurants, shops close by within walking distance and a short car ride to Kapalua, Kaanapali and Lahaina. Hololani just seemed the perfect condo for us and our family and we've always been oh so glad we made the decision to purchase at Hololani.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The layout of the condo is great for two couples or a couple with kids. Both bedrooms and baths are separated for privacy. The ocean view is unobstructed from the living room, dining area, kitchen, guest bedroom. The view from the guest bathroom is better than many condos have from their main living areas! The condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The unit has been upgraded recently and with top of the line kitchen appliances it's a joy to "cook in"! Should you want to BBQ, it's just a short jaunt down to the pool area. The large wrap-around couch is perfect for TV/DVD viewing and also makes into a queen sized sofa bed. The 1200 sq. ft. condo is just the right size! We hope you find it comfy and plan to come back soon!!!

Hi from Carson City, Nevada!!! We absolutely LOVE Maui and no matter how many trips to Maui we make, it's just never enough.
