We will be staying here for the third time. Both the owner and the managing company were superb. Questions and problems were taken care of immediately. Suggestions were implemented. Even the weather cooperated. We were 3 generations and had ample privacy. The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of tvs, dvd player, games, wireless etc. And the gates around the pool were well designed either to leave one section open or to totally secure it for the toddler. if I am searching to find something to be critical about --- it would be a request for a 2nd garbage can and that the managing company should pick up the garbage more often. So I highly recommend this home. It is in excellent condition and as well maintained as your own home. Thanks.

------------------- This renter was recently at our home, and was concerned about the bad review. This is what she had to say after staying there.. Hi Scott I just want to let you know that this past weekend we had the pleasure of renting our five bedroom house in Windsor Palms and it was great. The house was very clean and in wonderful condition despite the comment that we spoke about that was on the reviews. Also, was wondering if we wanted to rent it again if you had any availability for April 28-May 3rd Thanks so much! ------------------- Here is how we maintain our home… 2010 Updates - Our house is set up with “N” Wireless High Speed Internet - We just replaced all the TVs with new LCD flat screen TVs with a DVD player in every bedroom and the game room - We put a new 42” 1080p TV with a Blue Ray DVD player in the living room. - We also added a crock pot, blender (margaritas!), a griddle, and restocked all the pots, pans and other kitchen stuff! 2011 Updates - Replace downstairs carpet with wood laminate flooring - Repaint the interior of the house

Thank you so much for sharing your Orlando home with us! We just got home yesterday and cannot say enough wonderful things about the house. We had two families of 5 staying there and it was just perfect! My kids wanted to stay at the house rather than go to Disney one day! The pool was perfect, tons of privacy, with everything we needed! There were a few items that needed repair, but the management company arrived within 2 hours of me calling them. We will definitely be contacting you to come back! Thank you so much!

Not well maintained/roaches

You could tell when we walked in things were not maintained. The door frame was hanging on and was pulling away from the wall like someone had busted it in. We noticed dead bugs when we walked in so it had not been cleaned right before our visit. Front bedroom with full bathroom-the water would not go down the drain in the sink or bathtub. The shower curtain was disgusting. There were two hand towels for the whole house. My husband had to buy cheap towels, draino, bug spray and a shower curtain liner. The clincher was the roaches. In front bedroom with no bath my sister found a dead one and a live one. Then one night in the foyer by our shoes was a live one. Then my sister woke at 3am and on her nightstand was a huge roach between her make-up bag and brush. The dryer made a horrible screach and ran hot. Oh, and a roach was found in the upstairs bathroom. No garbage can lids so when we put garbage out something got into it and had to be cleaned up. All the "little' things added up and by the end of our vac. we were ready to leave. By the way the exterminator did spray that week and we saw more roaches afterwards. I can't recommend this house to anyone. By the worn out carpet, chipped walls, faucets in the tub that are turned for some reason, it is obvious this house is not maintained. I was also very surprised with all the press about bed bugs that mattresses were not covered in plastic as other places have done. Very, very disappointed.

Owner response:You will be contacted by the property manager, to see what we need to do to make things right or at least better for you. I pay them specfically to prevent these types of things from happening. Did you contact them while you were there? I apologize that this stay did not meet your expectations.

The house was awesome. We took our three kids to Disney World and grilled out three of the four nights we stayed- while the kids swam in the heated pool. This was much better than a hotel. We will definitely be back.

We LOVED this house. It was huge and so clean. It was within walking distance of the clubhouse and we really enjoyed that. It was close to all the Disney stuff and we loved that we had a roomy house to return to in the evenings. We fully intend to go back next year.
