Wonderful Condo

We stayed in #705 and it was wonderful. It's a large condo for a one bedroom and doesn't have that cramped feeling at all. It also has dark lined curtains in the living area (sofa bed) and bedroom that don't let the morning light in. So sleeping in is great. There is also a large flat screen tv to watch movies on at night. There's a small store, bar by the pool and an eatery-bar on the premises. Spinnakers is next door too. Really, Really enjoyed it.

The condo was awesome. Great for our family. Great location. Awesome view of ocean from the balcony. Kids loved watching the dolphins from the balcony. Jeff is just a phone call away, he answered all questions we had about the condo and PCB. Thanks Jeff. Thanks again, Melinda Sanders

We have stayed 5 different times at the Summit and this condo (1128) was far the best. This condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We were very impressed the moment we walked in. The beds were comfortable as well. We will stay in this condo again. Sincerely Kelly

We had a wonderful time staying at The Summit. We are a family of 4 with a baby and a teenager. The location was perfect and the view from the balcony was fantastic. Jeff was very helpful with all my questions and it was a very easy stay. The Summit is an older building and the elevator waits on Saturday could get a little long, which is why it was not a 5, but we would stay there again and recommend it to a friend.

I have been staying in this condo for the past few Decembers. It is always immaculate and a great deal for the price. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the location can't be beat. Thanks Jeff!
