This luxury home has fabulous views overlooking the 16th tee of the Championship Mustang Golf Course and a lake with fishing at the end of the garden. This deluxe family home offers an open floor plan with kitchen, breakfast dining area, separate dining room, and living room with sliding doors opening out onto the Large Screened Lanai with large (30 ft x 15 ft) Heated Pool with Spa.

The lanai has a large cast iron table and seating for 8 people to enjoy outside dining. There are plenty of comfortable recliners for relaxing in and soaking up the sun or watching the golfers tee off.

The master bedroom suite, which also has sliding doors onto the lanai, features a king-size bed, dresser, mule chest with TV, two walk-in closets with mirror doors and a bathroom with large oval tub, two vanity units, and a large, fully-tiled separate shower. There are two guest bedrooms, one with queen-size bed and walk-in closet; the other with twin beds and direct access to the pool shower room with twin vanity units and fully tiled shower. The den has a queen size sleeper sofa.

The property has been furnished with stylish, quality furnishings and offers everything you could wish for for your vacation stay including plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and two bicycles for your use. Guests also have the option at a small extra cost of having access to the wonderful Players Club and Spa with beautiful pools, tennis courts, gym, bars and restaurants.

  • "This is an excellent,well kept,clean,and tastefully furnished villa,with plenty of space for a relaxing family holiday.It has a good sized heated pool overlooking the golf course.The house is situated in an immaculate gated community. We flew into Miami so approx 2hours drive to reach house,plenty of shopping a short drive away. Players club was fantastic wonderful setting,fab pool,great tennis! We will definately return here."

  • "We had a wonderful two weeks in this property and enjoyed our stay to the maximum extent. The place is very cosy, very well equipped thanks to the owners staying in this place themselves at times. Very clean appearance and enough space for our family of 2+3. Appreciated the pool very much. Very convenient location in a private, well-maintained resort with only 10 minutes to downtown Naples and quick access to I-75 and Hway-41. The fact that we definetely want to come back to stay in this house proves best how much we liked it, I guess!   • What a fabulous villa - we loved our stay in Naples and could not fault anything in the area or property, everything you could ever need is provided and i particularly enjoyed our early morning cycles round the beautiful community! THe pool area is just amazing and great for late night BBQ's - local supermarkets close by to stock up in goodies. We had an amazing time and really could not recommend this place highly enough - thank you!!

  • We enjoyed living at a fabulous home for the second time. The peaceful environment was beautiful and the house provides everything needed. We relaxed in the jacuzzi while our 3,5 year old son played with the toys offered in the pool. The resort is very well tended and it is a joy living there. The customer service is excellent. The short distances to the area attractions such as the Everglades, Marco Island, Naples Pier, beaches & Downtown makes the house to perfect location for us. Another highlight are the fantastic golf courses of lely resort.

  • We spent a wonderful 2 weeks here in this beautiful villa. The villa is very spacious with a huge master suite and all the amenities you would ever need. We loved relaxing in the lanai in the most comfortable loungers ever! We would thoroughly recommend this property.

  • After spending a week at Disney we travelled down to Naples for a relaxing well needed rest. This villa was absolutely perfect. The location is great as it's only a 10 minute drive to the beach and about 5 minutes to the nearest Publix Supermarket. The Lely Resort is fantastically well maintained to the highest standard. The house itself is absolutely spotless and extremely well maintained and has everything you need to make for a great holiday. With two boys aged 5 and 9 the pool was great especially with all the floats and inflatables provided. This meant we could relax and watch the golfers go by. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and it was great to have the barbeque. We tended to eat in most nights as it was great to have our meal sat out by the pool. I loved the master bedroom, the bed is so big and there are two massive walk in closets. We went down to the Players Club one afternoon but unfortunately there was a thunderstorm so we had to come back. The pool was great with a lovely waterfall and the sunbeds are really comfortable, it was also really useful to be able to pop in and use the computer. The customer services provided by the owners was superb and they were very helpful in telling us about the surrounding area and good places to take the children. Restaurants we liked were Carrebas (5 mins away), the Cheesecake Factory (which is located next to the Coastland Centre) and the Watermark Grille. I cannot recommend this house enough and I can't wait to go back.

  • What a fantastic property. It was beyond our expectations. The pictures on the site are lovely and accurate but they just doesn't prepare you for how large the property is. It was beautifully clean and furnished to a very high standard. Having both bath and hand towels available meant less luggage to carry. Looking through comments book, everybody was flattering about the property but occasionally had made suggestions and you could see that the owners had taken these on board and implemented them wherever possible, obviously wanting it to be as homely as possible for customers. We would DEFINITELY recommend this to friends. We left for two days to go to Orlando - Discovery Cove and Bush Gardens - which were wonderful but returning to this beautifully air conditioned home with its patio, pool and spa was very much looked forward to. We ate at restaurants recommended in the house information provided by the owners - Michelbobs and the Cheesecake Factory - best ribs in town and extensive menu respectively - both excellent. The information in the welcome book was extensive and very helpful. The barefoot beach was lovely. The Everglades for us was disappointing, we got bitten too pieces (even with anti-mosi cream) and saw nothing but 2 hours of watery grass. The allegators must have gone on holiday!! We took the Tram tour. Can't say we'd recommend this but maybe we were just unlikely but also the Tram is open and exceedingly hot. Once again it was a joy to return to our fabulous, well stocked house. You do need a car but the local supermarket is literally a few minutes drive away and you can just pop down up to 9 at night. There was also a bank, k-mart, clothing store, china buffet and macdonalds here which covered a multitude of needs in one hit. We visited Sanibel Island and Tin City both of which we needed more time at. A few hours isn't enough. Deluxe is no exaggeration for this house. If anything it is an understatement - we really didn't want to leave. The customer is really thought about and a few basics are available so that you can walk in through the door and relax a bit before you have to think about shopping. Thank you so much for making our first visit to Florida a particularly memorable one - quite frankly we'd have quite happily stayed in the house for two weeks and not gone anywhere - we had to remind ourselves that we were on holiday and should see some of the sights!
