This historic American Foursquare home built in 1910 in uptown Columbus combines old world charm with modern amenities and conveniences. Located in a charming neighborhood within walking distance to dozens of restaurants, shops, and the Ohio State University, you can grab a bite to eat or attend an Ohio State sports activity without getting into your car. It is also located near the heart of Columbus which makes for easy drives wherever you need to go. The Columbus Zoo, Easton Town Center, and the shops at Polaris are all within relatively short driving distance with the Ohio State Fairgrounds, downtown Columbus, the Short North, German Village, and COSI (Columbus Science Center) within very short distance.
This home features Classic Hardwood Floors, a modern kitchen, and Updated Bathrooms. This home was just renovated and updated with professionally decorated inside and features very fine classic furniture. High speed internet is included at no extra charge as well as a high def television with cable.
The Master bedroom is spacious and features a King sized bed, while another bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds and there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This classic can sleep eight people very comfortably, and there is also two full baths. There is off street parking in the rear of the house as well. Each bed is very comfortable (some are pillow top) with high thread count sheets, and luxurious down comforters.

Hello from Buckeye Nation.
This historic home was built in 1910. It possesses all of the charm of the period while providing all of the modern conveniences.
This lovely home features three bedrooms with very comfortable beds and soft sheets. There are two bathrooms - one with a claw foot tub with shower and the other with a shower. The living room features a TV, comfy couch and chair and the dining room has a wooden table with matching chairs. There is plenty of room for the family!
The street out front is lined with mature trees and flowers beds which were in bloom during my stay. It is wonderfully peaceful to sit on the front porch and listen to the church bells ring and the birds sing. The home is conveniently located in an area near Ohio State University and is also close to the airport and downtown.
Come and enjoy this lovely historic home!

We really enjoyed our stay of one week. The house is in close proximity to OSU and tons of shops and eateries...Two blocks walking distance tops...Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We were there for a school and family reunion. There were five adults in our party and we had plenty of room to ourselves. We were also there during the heat wave and the house was still comfortable. The home was clean with plenty of towels and bedding. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. I would suggest maybe adding a small dinette table in kitchen and a few more bowls and misc cookware.....We were very satisfied with the pricing and would come back again if need be..Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We brought a youth group to the Columbus area for an event, and this place was perfect for us. It had plenty of space for us, very close to many restaurants and the downtown area, and the owners were a pleasure to work with. Parking on the street can be a little bit of a challenge, but we were able to park behind the property. We would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

This was a perfect house for our group - 4 adults and 2 kids. The house is clean and tastefully furnished; in a residential neighborhood. Everywhere we needed to be was a 10 min drive, and there are some restaurants in the area that are walking distance. There is even a backyard with a grill, though we didn't take advantage of that.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

I stayed here from 5/19/11 - 5/23/11 with some friends and family. There were 8 of us. Couldn't beat the price compared to a Hotel stay. Beds were comfy and We loved how close the house was to the Crew Stadium. The grill was very useful. Would recommend getting darker curtains because when the light comes in it's so bright when your trying to sleep. Maybe a second TV for the master bedroom would be great and the downstairs shower is the main one we all used. Well with 8 people the shampoo bottles on the floor kinda got outta hand, so maybe a shower caddy that hangs over the showerhead and a bottle of detergent would have been great. Just minor stuff, but I will def be renting this house again next year. I loved having the two options for parking since we were a larger group. The front of the house and the back alley parking helped out alot. Def recommend this house.Recommended for: Sightseeing.

We rented the house for our son's college graduation. And very glad we did. Overall we had a very good experience. From communicating with property mgrs to getting details and transacting payment, all went without a hitch. They made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision to rent. The pics and descriptions of the house were pretty accurate. There were lots of fresh clean smelling towels and sheets; the stove and fridge were clean and so were the bathrooms! I loved the beds, very comfortable especially the King size one. Since we cooked quite a bit there, the only kitchen suggestion I have was to add a small or medium size kitchen table to have a place to place food on. And the women in particular asked for and a long mirror to dress in front of. Lastly, I would definitely come back and recommend the property for sure!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

My 4 college roommates and I rented this house for a reunion. It was perfect for us, the rooms were lovely and we especially liked the big downstairs bathroom. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and our deposit was returned promptly. We give our experience a big thumbs up!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

The house is awesome!! Very clean and exactly as looked in profile pictures. The house is also located in a perfect location to be near High Street or Crew Stadium. The owner was very helpful throughout the reservation process, and quick with the security deposit. The only issue we had with the house, which is minor if anything, was that the bathrooms are located upstairs and downstairs (basement) level. One of our group is somewhat handicapped so going up and down the stairs was tough. Other than that the bathroom in the basement was very large,is equiped with a nice shower and huge washer/dryer. We reserved this hoping it was a nice place since all of our group travelled there from distant locations and had no way but the info provided online to tell exactly how it was, we were all very pleased and will be reserving it again in the future. The neighborhood is very quiet, even with college students residing in near by houses. This house is a must if you are traveling to the Columbus area!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My family and I stayed at this charming home over the Fourth of July holidays. The home was accurately represented and very well maintained. We had everything we needed in this home with the exception of an iron and ironing board. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to my family and friends traveling to Columbus. This was absolutely a deal for the price as far as sleeping 8 comfortably. The neighbors were the best! They came over to ensure we knew about all the activities going on in the city and offered directions to the local hotspots.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
