Hello from Buckeye Nation.
This historic home was built in 1910. It possesses all of the charm of the period while providing all of the modern conveniences.
This lovely home features three bedrooms with very comfortable beds and soft sheets. There are two bathrooms - one with a claw foot tub with shower and the other with a shower. The living room features a TV, comfy couch and chair and the dining room has a wooden table with matching chairs. There is plenty of room for the family!
The street out front is lined with mature trees and flowers beds which were in bloom during my stay. It is wonderfully peaceful to sit on the front porch and listen to the church bells ring and the birds sing. The home is conveniently located in an area near Ohio State University and is also close to the airport and downtown.
Come and enjoy this lovely historic home!

We brought a youth group to the Columbus area for an event, and this place was perfect for us. It had plenty of space for us, very close to many restaurants and the downtown area, and the owners were a pleasure to work with. Parking on the street can be a little bit of a challenge, but we were able to park behind the property. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect house for our group - 4 adults and 2 kids. The house is clean and tastefully furnished; in a residential neighborhood. Everywhere we needed to be was a 10 min drive, and there are some restaurants in the area that are walking distance. There is even a backyard with a grill, though we didn't take advantage of that.

I stayed here from 5/19/11 - 5/23/11 with some friends and family. There were 8 of us. Couldn't beat the price compared to a Hotel stay. Beds were comfy and We loved how close the house was to the Crew Stadium. The grill was very useful. Would recommend getting darker curtains because when the light comes in it's so bright when your trying to sleep. Maybe a second TV for the master bedroom would be great and the downstairs shower is the main one we all used. Well with 8 people the shampoo bottles on the floor kinda got outta hand, so maybe a shower caddy that hangs over the showerhead and a bottle of detergent would have been great. Just minor stuff, but I will def be renting this house again next year. I loved having the two options for parking since we were a larger group. The front of the house and the back alley parking helped out alot. Def recommend this house.

We rented the house for our son's college graduation. And very glad we did. Overall we had a very good experience. From communicating with property mgrs to getting details and transacting payment, all went without a hitch. They made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision to rent. The pics and descriptions of the house were pretty accurate. There were lots of fresh clean smelling towels and sheets; the stove and fridge were clean and so were the bathrooms! I loved the beds, very comfortable especially the King size one. Since we cooked quite a bit there, the only kitchen suggestion I have was to add a small or medium size kitchen table to have a place to place food on. And the women in particular asked for and a long mirror to dress in front of. Lastly, I would definitely come back and recommend the property for sure!

My 4 college roommates and I rented this house for a reunion. It was perfect for us, the rooms were lovely and we especially liked the big downstairs bathroom. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and our deposit was returned promptly. We give our experience a big thumbs up!

The house is awesome!! Very clean and exactly as looked in profile pictures. The house is also located in a perfect location to be near High Street or Crew Stadium. The owner was very helpful throughout the reservation process, and quick with the security deposit. The only issue we had with the house, which is minor if anything, was that the bathrooms are located upstairs and downstairs (basement) level. One of our group is somewhat handicapped so going up and down the stairs was tough. Other than that the bathroom in the basement was very large,is equiped with a nice shower and huge washer/dryer. We reserved this hoping it was a nice place since all of our group travelled there from distant locations and had no way but the info provided online to tell exactly how it was, we were all very pleased and will be reserving it again in the future. The neighborhood is very quiet, even with college students residing in near by houses. This house is a must if you are traveling to the Columbus area!!

My family and I stayed at this charming home over the Fourth of July holidays. The home was accurately represented and very well maintained. We had everything we needed in this home with the exception of an iron and ironing board. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to my family and friends traveling to Columbus. This was absolutely a deal for the price as far as sleeping 8 comfortably. The neighbors were the best! They came over to ensure we knew about all the activities going on in the city and offered directions to the local hotspots.

We stayed from 6/10 to 6/13/2010 then added another day to stay on 6/14. *It was that good! The home was comfortable. Entertaining family was made easy from using the kitchen amenities. We used the grill a few times as well. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were fine as well. The air conditioning was excellent! Short distance to OSU campus. Would definitely recommend staying here for any OSU event. Just keep in mind it's a 100yo charming home and not the Blackstone or Ritz Carlton. Fast security deposit return too! Enjoy your stay!

I rented the house for my company as we had a trade show at the fair grounds. The house was only minutes to our location, and only 10 minutes to anywhere we needed to great. Great location, great house, and a pleasure to stay in. I will for sure stay again the next time my team travels to Ohio. Thanks a lot!
