This unit features a master suite with spectacular Gulf of Mexico Views and a Private Whirlpool Tub and separate shower. A second master suite is located on the northern side with a king size bed and has a Private Balcony with Beautiful Bay Views. Each of the four bedrooms have their own Private Bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. There is a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This condo sleeps up to 10 persons.
The kitchen-dinning-living room combination has an open floor plan and is great for entertaining. The wrap-around East Corner Balcony Has Breathtaking Views both east and west. There is a new Sony flat screen TV great for watching the ballgames. New furnishings throughout with dining inside and outside. Unit 601 is located on the 6th floor and affords views of our White Sandy Beach. This unit has never been rented until now. Monthly rates are available October through April with a 7 night minimum stay.

My husband and I purchased this unit to be near our real estate business and to be able to live out our dream of working and living in paradise. When he passed away this year, I decided to allow others to enjoy what we have for years. Our son is a surfer and loves this location and visits as often as he can.
