This property can accommodate a large group or several families traveling together. You will have privacy and comfort renting both apartments together. There is a three-bedroom apartment on the ground floor and a two-bedroom apartment upstairs over the two-car garage. The indoor stairs in the garage connects both apartments. Each apartment has separate outside entrances. A HE large capacity front load washer and dryer is located in the garage.
Each apartment has a well appointed, outfitted kitchen with staples and condiments stocked prior to your arrival.
There is a combination of beds: 5 twin beds, 1 double bed, 3 queen beds and 2 king beds (four twin beds converted to two king beds). Each apartment also has a sofa sleeper to accommodate more people in your group.
The covered carport can be used for parking or can be set up for outdoor dining. Gas barbecue grills are provided plus an outdoor burner and large pot for cooking crab and other seafood outside.

About the owner: We have lived in Alaska over 35 years and have been residing in our home in Ketchikan for 32 years. In 1986 we decided to open our home to vacation travelers. We are looking forward to meeting you and sharing our Alaskan experience with you.

We chose to live in Ketchikan for several reasons. First the beauty of Southeast Alaska, next the great fishing, and the friendliness of the people. I'm sure you will make some wonderful friends here and have many memorable experiences.
