  We just returned from five nights at Michael's condo. It was just as it was described and appeared in pictures on website. We were two couples traveling with our 21 year old daughters and spent six days touring theme parks. It was great to have two king beds in two of the rooms and the room with twin beds was large enough for the girls to have plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and we slept great. (Maybe some in part because we were exhausted each night!) It was nice having a kitchen and living area so that we could go to bed and get up without disturbing anyone. Much nicer than each having a hotel room and much more reasonably priced, too. The unit was quiet, clean and well maintained. We went to Walmart across the street and stocked up on breakfast items, snacks and beverages and were set. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as several nice outlet malls. We did not use the shuttle service as we wanted to be on our own schedule. The $14 parking fee at Disney was not bad and trams were always available to take us to the gates of the parks, no matter how close or far away we parked. The condo parking lot appeared full when we would arrive back late at night but there were always plenty of spaces on the back side with a door that took us right up to the unit. We used the adult/smaller pool a couple of times to relax. Towels were provided there which was nice. The pool lounge chairs were very comfortable and there were plenty of them. When booking, Michael was very helpful at addressing the many questions I had to see if it was the right fit for our two families. I would recommend this unit to others.

  I along with 2 colleagues were in the area for a conference and your place was convenient, extremely comfortable, and, allowed us to relax together while have our own space. I would highly recommend your place and will definitely keep in mind for future travels to the Kissimee/Lake Bueno Vista area. Karen Minneapolis, Mn

  We rented this unit for a mix of business and pleasure and it was perfect. We were 10 mins away from the convention center and just as close to Disney when it came time for fun. My kids absolutely loved the pool and we were very comfortable in the unit. Everyone had their own space and would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

  We really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to have all the room with 2 kids and 3 adults. My kids liked the pools almost as much as Disney. I just wish we would have had one more day to enjoy the pools. We will definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

  The unit is as depicted in the pictures - very nice master suite with large master bath, large bedrooms, nice size den with attached eating area open to kitchen. Easy travel to Disney each day (~5 mi) - with three young children we opted to drive to the parks so we could be more flexible than the resort's shuttle service. The property was obviously very nice when new - but there were a few maintenance items that needed attention, even so I would consider renting this unit again.

  We just returned home from a 5 night stay at this condo. I would highly recommended it. What makes this unit stand out from the others at the complex is the fact that it is right over the smaller pool. The convenience store with the pizza hut is almost right out the front door. The unit itself is roomy and my 3 year old grandson loved hanging out in the condo almost as much as he did going to Disney! I agree with a previous review that Mike Hilliard is a great owner to communicate with.

  My family and I stayed six days at this condo. The staff was friendly, the decor is nice and the condo itself was roomy enough for our party of five. It is close enough to Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other parks to be convenient, yet far enough away from the crowds. Great shopping right next door and most any kind of restaurant anyone could want is within short driving distance. I highly recommend this condo. The owner, Michael Hilliard, is very accommodating and nice to do business with. If/when we visit Orlando again we will plan to stay here.

  My family was in Orlando June 2010 and loved this condo. Very nice, lots of room for a family and very clean. Great location, short drive to all parks. Kids loved the pools. Would stay here again.

  We just got back from our stay in April 2010. The description of the condo is very accurate and there was a ton of space for our family of four. It was very clean and such a short drive to all of the Disney Parks. We liked having a full kitchen and made most of our meals to save money instead of eating at the Disney Parks. There is a Wal-Mart just 1/2 mile away which saved us a ton. Would highly recommend staying here for those looking to spend time at Disney and to also have a nice pool to relax by. We were worried about traffic to Disney but never ran into any. It was also great having a washer/dryer in the condo so we could travel a little lighter. You won't be disappointed in this rental!

  This condo facility is very well-kept, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is located within walking distance of a nice outlet mall, and a short drive to the Disney or Universal parks. If you don't want to pay for a rental car, there are daily shuttles to/from the parks. The large family pool with pirate ship and slide was a big hit with our teenage kids, and we enjoyed the pool bar, which also served food. The description of this condo was accurate and the 3 bedrooms provided more than enough space for our family of 4. It was nice having a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and large screen TV. A wonderful place to stay for anyone wanting to enjoy the parks or relax at this comfortable resort.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
