There is free parking at the Vail golf club and the bus stop to go the mountain is right at the Vail golf club. Avoid any parking in town while you enjoy your ski vacation. Please note the third bedroom is a non-conforming bedroom with a convertable bed, and the loft has 4 twin beds.

Year Purchased: 1989
We're natives to Colorado and while our main home is in Denver, we have maintained this Vail property since 1989. We fully renovated it in 1997 and this is the first time we have ever rented it. This is a fabulous property, not some rental condo that feels old and used.
The Unique Benefits of this Duplex
What makes our location so great is how private the setting is. We back right up to the mountain and are buried in a grove of Aspen trees, but we're less than a quarter mile to the Vail Golf Club and bus stop to town. This alleviates the hassle of town parking during peak ski season.
