I am business owner from the Midwest and we bought the house because we are boaters. We love the quiet neighborhood, the ability to be on the water within minutes, the opportunity to go on walks or biking in an extremely safe neighborhood. We also enjoy the area with the beach, several parks, golf course, Belmont Shores, Alamitos Bay & Naples close by. Good shopping, restaurants and theaters all within walking distance. Easy access to the 405, 22, 605 and 710 freeways.
