The accommodations include a Master Bedroom with king size bed and en suite Master Bath, with beautiful views from the bedroom windows and through the sliding glass door that leads out to the lanai; a Guest Bedroom with two twin beds, a Den with a queen size pullout couch, and a second full bathroom. The living room, dining area and kitchen all enjoy beautiful views of Turkey Bay, the Gulf of Mexico and the nightscape of Vanderbilt Beach.
A second sitting area is just off the kitchen, providing additional guest seating or a cozy nook for a book or a nap. The covered lanai, which is accessible from the master bedroom, living room and dining area, is the perfect place to enjoy the spectacular sunsets or to look for dolphins swimming in Turkey Bay. Each condo has an assigned, underground parking space with plenty of additional outside parking.
Just steps away are the Five Star amenities that make living at the Dunes so special. For a little exercise, take a walk on the trails in the community, play a game of tennis or workout in the well-equipped workout room. Why the Owner Chose The Dunes
Our unit is on the 6th floor of a modern, secure, high-rise building with fabulous views of Turkey Bay, sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico and the nighttime lights of Vanderbilt Beach. Our building has underground parking and a pool with spa for building residents. Just steps away from our building are the resort amenities of the Dunes, including tennis & workout facilities, a fabulous resort style pool with waterfalls and tiki bar, an on-site restaurant. The Dunes is a gated, secure community, within walking distance of the beach, close to shopping and numerous excellent restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Being able to walk to the beach, without being directly on the beach, is a real plus. At night, instead of looking at a pitch black ocean as others directly on the beach do, we enjoy beautiful views of the Vanderbilt Beach nightscape. We have found no other condo community with the amenities and beach proximity of the Dunes.

My wife and I have a number of friends that have second homes in Naples. After visiting several times, we also fell in love with the area and decided to look for a condo ourselves. After looking at a number of properties in several different areas, we found the perfect place at the Dunes. The amenities and proximity to the beach are perfect for our lifestyle.
