Drive through an impressive gate and up a private drive, and you will find an imposing building with 4,000 square feet of elegant living space.
Walk up the easy steps, open the double front doors and you walk into a very large Living Room, with a vaulted ceiling, and beautiful canyon views through the big windows -- you can watch the Red Hawks soaring as they search for their prey.
Beyond the Living Room is a Family Room, with sliding glass doors to the Outdoor Dining Area with an nine foot marble dining table.
In the Family Room, you can watch the 160" screen, connected with a projector to the DVD player and Satellite TV.
Overlooking the Family Room, across a Bar [for food or drinks], is the very large island Kitchen, featuring the latest hi-tech appliances. A small breakfast nook enjoys the tranquil canyon view.
Opening directly from the Kitchen, and connecting to the Living Room, is the Dining Room, which also enjoys the view.
In a lobby leading from the Family Room and the Kitchen, you'll find the Powder Room.
On the same side of the lobby is a Small Bedroom [1] used as an office.
On the opposite side of the lobby, doors lead to two bedrooms [2 & 3], which share a 2-sink bathroom, with a small tub and a shower. Both bedrooms have large sliding glass doors to the Garden and Pool.
At the far end of the Lobby,is the Master Bedroom [4]. This is a large room, with a partly vaulted ceiling, and lovely views through its windows on two sides.
The Master has two bathrooms, connecting directly from the Master, of contrasting character. The Lady's Master Bathroom has cream and pastel stonework, custom-made furniture, including a vanity unit, a large spa bathtub, and ample mirrored closets on two walls. It has a private toilet.
The very large shower connects the Lady's bathroom to the Gentleman's Master bathroom, with darker, masculine stonework and a wall of closet storage space. The bathroom on this side has an exterior door opening directly to the Pool.
Throughout the house the faucets and door furniture are of the highest quality.
An open staircase, from the Kitchen and Lobby, leads to a Lower Floor Lobby. Here there is ample storage space; a Laundry; and direct entry to the Garage.
At the end of the Lower Lobby is a fine Bedroom [5] with a woodsy view on one side and sliding glass doors leading to a balcony overlooking the main view. This bedroom has plenty of storage is a fully-fitted Closet. The two-sink bathroom and shower are tiled with rare Indian Stone.

There's no other place in the world where you can see wild deer every day, have a beautiful canyon view, and yet be in the middle of the entertainment capital of the world. You can be in old Hollywood in 20 minutes in one direction, and on the beach in Santa Monica in 20 minutes in the other direction. The house itself is very comfortably appointed, with luxurious natural stone bathrooms, a large and stylish new kitchen, and a garden with total privacy and a pool.
