Welcome to Ridgepoint 92! This spacious townhome is spread over 3 floors allowing for lots of room to spread out. The entry level has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are private suites featuring updated baths with granite counters and jetted tubs. The main level is very open staring with the fully stocked kitchen with wrap around bar seating. From the kitchen look out to the dining room and living room, the whole open floor plan on the middle level is a fantastic gathering place for large groups after a full day of skiing, hiking, golfing, any number of of activities in Beaver Creek. Head upstairs to the loft for a quite place to relax, or give some of the kids that may be in your group their own private space. Ridgepoint features a common hot tub & sauna year round, pool and tennis are seasonal. Ski in and ski out to this property serviced by Chair 15, lower Beaver Creek Express, follow "leav the beav" to the "ridgepoint skiway", or use the free shuttle, Dial A Ride, that stops by the place every 15 minutes during the day, on call at night, only 5-8 minutes ride to the village. Keep in mind we own 4 places in this development and can accommodate parties up to 40. We would love to have you as our guests.
