Located in the Champions section of Sea Trail Golf Resort, our beautiful first floor villa overlooks the 16th green of the Willard Byrd golf course. You can step out from our newly redecorated porch onto the golf course, walk 50 steps to the private Champions pool, or walk 200 yards to practice at the lighted driving range, play the Willard Byrd and Reese Jones golf courses, shop at the pro shop, or eat at the Magnolias restaurant.
Our porch can be protected from inclement weather by vinyl windows or open to the breeze for your morning coffee or afternoon libations.
The villa has been professionally decorated and offers all the amenities that you deserve.
Our welcome package includes a GSGA discount card, good for hundreds of dollars in discounts for golf, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Our on-site property managers will greet you, walk you through the unit to make sure everything is in order, and be available for any special requests.
We have a variety of golf packages available to our renters for the 3 Sea Trails courses and many golf courses in the surrounding area. Please EMAIL us for specific details.
We are located one mile from Sunset Beach, the top rated beach in North Carolina. It will take you years to explore the shops of Calabash and Myrtle Beach, play the 100 golf courses in the area, and try the myriad of fine restaurants that are close by. Year Purchased: 2009
We were both born and raised in the Philly (2008 World Series Champs) area and vacationed at the Jersey shore. We currently vacation in Hilton Head with our 5 children and 7 grand children and 20 or so other relatives. We have visited Sea Trail several times on the back from HH and enjoy the beach, golf, and restaurants. We love our new condo and hope to spend more time here after retirement.
