This lakefront house can be occupied year round and is fully and comfortably equipped, clean and inviting with all conveniences such as microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, heating, a/c unit, BBQ, 2 kayaks, a canoe, a wind surfer and a bicycle. Wireless Internet and cable TV for use, free of charge, by guests.
The accommodation is arranged on two floors (First and Ground Level) with Living Room/Dining Room overlooking the deck/lake, Kitchen, huge Master Bedroom with A/C unit and en suite bathroom (tub and shower), 2nd full bathroom on the First Floor (shower). The lower level features a large, walk-out Recreation Room (with full size futon) 2 further Bedrooms (one queen, one twin with two beds) and Half Bathroom. Sleeps 6-8 people.
Sebago Lake and the towns of Naples and Bridgeton are all close by, offering some of the most scenic countryside, nice restaurants, two drive-in movie theaters (seasonal) and good shopping. Portland International Jetport is approximately 45 minutes by car and Amtrak goes through Boston (about 2.5 hours away) to Wells. Golf, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing/snowboarding are available within 15-70 minutes' drive.

Why the Owner Chose Casco
We wanted a location that was right on the water but in a quiet spot. This was the first house that we saw and no others afterwards approached the quality of this location! The area is beautiful at any time of year and we also wanted to be able to visit year round.
The floor plan is excellent for both small and large numbers of guests and there is plenty of room for everyone to have their "space." We have equipped the house to a very high standard with everything one could possibly need to enjoy a "home away from home."
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
The best part of the day is late afternoon/early evening when sitting on the deck looking towards the west (and the sunset) listening to the loons calling across the lake. Time goes by very peacefully there and it is very easy to relax and just chill out. One can choose to opt out of the "rat race" completely or venture into Portland or some of the other towns along the coast or inland - the nice thing is that the house is only 20 minutes from the Maine Turnpike so it is very accessible to all areas of interest.
