Very relaxing had a great time didn't want to leave. The condo is excellent very comfortable and feels like home. The view is beautiful of the beach from the balcony close to pier park.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The pictures do not do justice to the awesome view of the ocean, beach and pools from the condo. It is the best view in the building! The layout is great and kitchen provided everything we wanted including crock pot and blenders. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We look forward to coming back for many more relaxing vacations on this gorgeous sugar sand beach.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is a wonderful unit right on the beach. You can only imagine the beatiful sun sets on the beach and the gorgeous views of the crystal clear ocean. The complex is like a luxury resort with tropical plants, cabanas and two pools and hot tub. This unit is beatiful and well maintained. We have stayed in this unit several times and we have always been more than pleased. I truly recommend this unit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Cancellation Policy: Security deposit is fully refundable if you cancel up to 2 weeks prior to reservation, if cancellation is less than 2 weeks prior to your reservation there is a $20.00 processing fee. You will be charged $180 if you cancel on day of reservation.

About the owner: I have been coming to Panama City Beach since I was a young child and remember all the wonderful memories of being at the beach and playing in the gulf. I still love this beach, the sand is white and soft and the water in the gulf is beautiful. Panama City has changed quite a bit and is now a real destination with golf, fishing, scuba diving, shopping, and fun.

Summerhouse is very family friendly. It has two swimming pools, kiddie pool, hot tube, and gazebo. Plus it is right on the beach and you can watch for dolphins in the water from the patio. There is also tennis, shuffle board, BBQ grills, and free wifi. The staff is very helpful and friendly and there is housekeeping and maintenance on site.
