We just got back from our St. George vacation at this great condo. We had 4 adults, 2 kids and an infant and we fit very comfortably in 3 bedrooms. We loved having access to the amenities at Green Valley Resort and being so close to the pool for the kids was a plus. The Las Palmas complex is beautiful and well kept. John and Kathy were easy to work with as well. Our only suggestion would be an additional 4 or 5 pool towels in the unit (3 just weren't enough for our group).

Recommended for:Families with young children

This place was MUCH better than a hotel!

We loved the place! A three bedroom and full kitchen condo that we could fit our whole group in vs. having to get 2-3 typical hotel rooms at a much higher price. Location was very close to the soccer tournament we were in town for and many eating establishments. We used the indoor pool a couple of times. Kids loved that. The only downside was the limitied parking.

We had 8 people using this condo, including two children under 5 years old. No safety concerns for the kids. The staff at the resort/pool was good. The condo was clean and comfortable.

We have stayed at Las Palmas several times, but this is the first time that I felt like I would definitely be back to this specific condo! We love the resort, and return a few times a year. But this is the first condo that we felt like we would return to without question. They have all been fine, but this one has a very nice location, it was affordable, and super clean! The owners were extremely helpful, and very easy to work with. One tip I would mention for families...not a negative thing, just a helpful family tip...they have breakable dishes, so for my little ones, we decided to not use the dishes and get paper plates and plastic cups. We will definitely be back, and recommend to our friends. Thanks much!

I wish that I could offer some constructive suggestions but I have nothing but praise. One thing I was particulalrly impressed with... when we got there we noticed the bathroom lock was broken. The next morning I emailed the owners to see if anything could be done to fix that, just so we could all be a little more comfortable and have the privacy we wanted. We left for several hour and when we returned, someone had fixed the lock. I was very impressed and happy that we didn't have to worry about that lock anymore. Also, we had such a large group that we rented 2 three bedroom condos in the same building. The other one was nearly double the price and not nearly as nice, so I would say the value for this condo is excellent as well. (frem email)

We had a wonderful time with our married son, wife, and 8-month-old grandson, along with our daughter (18) and son (14). Plenty of room for everyone, great location, and decent amenities (we only had time for the pool). Wish we could've stayed longer. Will definitely check this out for future stays as we visit the area twice each year.

This was a great condo and we would hope to stay here again. There were six adults and while the living room isn't huge - it was fine. The king beds in all bedrooms were great. The location is wonderful, top floor and a beautiful view off the deck. We stayed for two weeks and found it fine for cooking, relaxing, visiting. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in such a wonderful area.

your condo was perfect for 5 of us. we all had great beds in order for a good nights sleep. we did not cook,,,there-- only 2 nights. we did have breakfast and coffee though. we really appreciate the nice washer and dryer. would recommend it to anyone. thanks for a good time! st.clairs

We had SO much fun! We spent a week here with a group of friends. We had eight people and plenty of room. One couple used the aero-bed in the living room, and it was very easy to set up and take down. The rest of us had bedrooms with king beds. The beds are very comfortable, and the condo suited us perfectly. The resort is so clean and beautiful. We cooked a few meals there and all the appliances worked well. It was really a bonus to have the washer/dryer. We didn't have any problems, and we can't wait to go back!

This condo was perfect for 6 adults. The king-sized beds were comfortable. I wish there had been furniture in the third bedroom in order to store clothes. Also, a grill on the porch would have been much appreciated. $25 to use the complex' grill is too expensive for a one time use.
