Beautifully decorated Premier home. Every luxury has been anticipated for your living and entertaining needs. The home is decorated with treasures gathered from around the world with a view to fine living. The kitchen is a gourmet cooks dream and is fully equipped for all of your culinary adventures. You will find everything from every day dishes to fine china and crystal for that special dinner for two to twelve. Enjoy happy hour on the lanai with a cocktail whipped up at the mahogany bar in the study and listen to your favorite tunes while contemplating a swim in the private screen enclosed pool and hot tub.
Sleep like a baby on Stearnes & Foster mattresses as the king size master suite and two guest queen bedrooms and baths are all furnished with these as well as 600 count thread linens and lots of fluffy towels.
Take your private golf cart to Lake Sumter Landing to enjoy the evening band stand music and the many restaurants around the town square. Enjoy the 10 eighteen hole championship golf courses or the 24 executive courses. Checkout the numerous crafts, educational courses, sports, and various clubs that you will have an opportunity to enjoy as a temporary Villager. Go to the private owners club "Katie Belles" and dance the night away or enjoy a gourmet meal upstairs. Numerous live entertainment venues in the form of musicals, variety and comedy shows can be found throughout the year to either enjoy as a spectator or participant.
I have attached the photos that we took when we purchased the home. Since then we have had the grounds landscaped. The home has been cleaned, inside and out. The exterior has been pressure washed. I am in the process of waiting for custom window treatments and will be spending the month of November decorating the house. We have had so many requests for photos that I uploaded these but I will replace them with the finished product in November. The furniture photos are of some of the furniture that we have moved down from our Virginia home so that you can see the "style' that I will incorporate in the home decor.
