  I would highly recommend this property for rental. The house and yard were very clean and well maintained. It was in a great part of Key Largo, easily accessible to grocery store, shopping, restaurants and activities. The owners were extremely nice and easy to deal with. Our family enjoyed the "extras" the property offered, such as floats, bicycles, etc. Our family also took advantage of the boat they offered for rental, which we enjoyed. I would recommend this property with no hesitations. I appreciate the owners sharing with us.

  At various times during our two week stay we had 6 adults and 4 grandchildren (3mo.,2yr., 3yr. & 8yr.) We had plenty of space and found plenty to do in the area. Very comfortable with many great amenities.

  My husband and I stayed at this property for 1 month. We couldn't have been more happy here. The house is wonderful, great location, the pictures are exactly what you will find. There are many things to do in the area a lot of state parks, beaches, boat rentals, fishing, kayaking, shopping. The house is very close to Winn Dixie ( biking or walking distance) Publix is driving distance just down 1. The house has bikes, kayaks,floats so many things to keep you busy. Carlos was very informative about the area and answered all our questions. Would recommend this property for anyone it is great!

  What an absolutely wonderful time we had! Every year, 4 of us , retired friends , take a trip for a getaway. This home was the best accommodation we have ever had. Lots of room , beautifully decorated , exceptionally clean, it was beyond what we had expected. There was plenty to do in the area...we spent a day in Miami , a day in Key West , a day in Islamorada swimming with the dolphins. There were many great restaurants around offering seafood , cuban cuisine and key lime pie, of course. We certainly wished we had booked for another week. Thank you Carlos & Adriana for sharing your home with us!

  We spent a week in Key Largo the third week in January, 2010, as an opportunity for our son and daughter-in-law and our two young grand children from NH and our other son from Montana to get together with us (from Maryland) in a warm climate for an annual reunion. The house is extremely comfortable, well maintained, very attractive and beautifully located. Carlos and Adrianna obviously have made every attempt to make guests feel welcome and at home. While January is not the warmest time of year for water activities, some of us did go swimming in the canal and took out the kayaks that are provided. The house is located in a very quite neigborhood with numerous dead-end streets that are pleasant for strolling. It was a great home base for exploring Key Largo and the other keys. While the settup is not well-suited for very young children (our grandchildren were 6 and 2) we were able to keep them occupied during periods when were on site. The facilities would be even more enjoyable for families with preteens and teen-aged children. All-in-all, we had a great time and really enjoyed the rental. We do not hesitate to give full endorsement to the rental and would rent it again if our travels take us back to Key Largo. Bob and Pat

  I came with my family, my husband, two sons and a daughter - 23 yrs, 21yrs and 15 yrs. The minute we stepped into the house it felt like home - I am known in my family for being extremely fussy but I can honestly say that I can't find one single fault with this house. The owners are so helpful from booking your stay right up to departure and are always only a phone call away. The house itself is spotlessly clean and has a very high standard of furnishings, art, books etc. The kitchen is very well provisioned if you like cooking, which we do.It was so great to be at the house that we barbecued or cooked at home most nights. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the linens and towels are all high quality and very luxurious. The house actually feels as though it has been 'Feng Shuied' - you are just instantly at home here! All the information you might need for tourism are available at the house, and there are a wide variety of fun equipment eg kayaks, canoe, fishing, table tennis, floats etc. also inside the house with board games and computer games and DVD's. The local supermarket 'Wynn Dixie' is a short walk and very well stocked with fresh produce and a good wine selection - we found everything to be very fairly priced. The John Pennecamp State Park is only a 5 minute drive away, while there we went kayaking through the mangroves, visited the aquarium and saw some amazing wildlife while walking through, the cost of this also incredibly reasonable. We ate out at The Fish House which was a fun experience with wonderful food - this also is a five minute drive from the house. I am wishing the time away to come back to this house - it was truly the best property I have ever rented. I would recommend this house without hesitation and can't thank Carlos and Adriana enough!!

  We were a family of 5 who visited from the UK and based our choice on the previous reviews and suffice to say we were not disappointed. The house is located in a lovely area with many nice adjoining properties. It is very clean and spacious, the master bedroom is beautiful and a really comfortable huge bed overlooking the waterfront. Nice high quality cotton bed linen and towels in all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Downstairs is a lovely open plan area, we like to cook so all good quality kitchen utensils were available, we also use the barbecue on a few occasions. Local amenities were great especially the local supermarket at the end of the road. Great place to have a base and visit the local attractions. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we would fully recommend taking this property.

  We had a great family reunion at Carlos and Adriana's house. You will not be disappointed. If you are driving in from MIA and are not familiar with the area I highly recommend a gps navigation system; if you miss or get off the turnpike and it's dark outside...I feel your pain. There is really not much to add to the previous reviews regarding the house, it is as described. If you decide to rent a boat I would highly recommend "Pontunes" just north on the hwy as you're going over the bridge, get off at the first "business" exit.

  We just returned from this house. We got married and had our honeymoon at this house. I can't begin to tell you how magnificent this place is. Every morning the manatees would swim by, and one particular morning a mom and baby manatee came and put on an incredible show for us. This house is beautifully decorated, spaceous, and in the absolute ideal location for swimming, manatee watching, relaxing, etc. We are already planning our trip back. Adrianna and Carlos are so very sweet and accomadating. Beware, if you rent this house, you will NOT want to leave.... we sure didn't.

  Our return visit was once again, superb!! What a home!!! From the fully stocked kitchen, immaculate home, books, floats, manatee visits daily, fully fenced in yard to keep the dog happy, what more can we say but it is truly a piece of paradise. Thank you Adrianna & Carlos for sharing your beautiful home with us again and we can't wait to return.
