Welcome to my vacation rental in lovely Amapas situated only 1 mile above Zona Romantica. Amapas is the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta. All the houses here are sitting on the hill above old town. They all have incredible views of the city, bay and the jungle. This house sits on the edge of the jungle. It is only a $4 cab ride to downtown. All the best restaurants and night life are here in this part of town. Enjoy fine dining from many countries or just enjoy the best tacos in Mexico.
The house is a 2000 square foot, 2 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, living room, dining area and kitchen. The first floor is the living room, kitchen, laundry and one bathroom. This is a great entertaining room and has a wall of floor to ceiling windows that opens to the pool area and a incredible view. The outside, ground level patio has a small pool, table with 8 chairs and two more loungers. The second floor is all living are with two master bedrooms. Both have ceiling fans, A/C, large bathrooms and televisions. We have a large patio area on the third floor with palapa, table/chairs, sink, ceiling fan and 2 lounge chairs for sunning naked. The house has wireless high speed internet that you can use on all floors and at the pool. The house sits right up against the jungle and is extremely quite. Make sure when you are renting a house that you ask about that. A lot of the houses here are in neighborhoods that are very noisy at night because of music and traffic. If you want a relaxing vacation with all the amenities, then this is your place. Call and book in advance because we fill up fast.
If this is your first time to Mexico or Puerto Vallarta and you do not feel very comfortable. For a small fee per day we will offer an English speaking tour guide that will help you with all of your needs. He will even give you a tour of Puerto Vallarta showing you the best restaurants, bars, tourist attractions or whatever may be your need. We have a full time maid that will take care of all your daily cleaning. We also offer a cook for traditional Mexican food, on-site masseuse and a driver for a small additional fee or we can give you one inclusive price for all. Looking for fishing? Fish with us on our private boat for large tuna, marlin, dorado or rooster fish. We take care of all your needs while you are staying with us. You will have a U.S. number of someone that you will be able to get in touch with 24 hours a day and a number to an English speaking person that lives only 5 minutes away. Airport pickup is included in the price. We just do not book you a room!
