The unit is 1900+ square feet in size including a separate casita equipped with twin beds. The master has a California king while the guest bedroom has a queen – all bedrooms have 25 inch TV’s w/VCR with cable/HBO.
The main living area includes a bar, 32 inch TV w/DVD, VCR and stereo (with CD collection). You’ll find the kitchen fully equipped should you decide to dine in. The back patio has a gas BBQ for your convenience. We provide free long distance telephone service (within USA) and, of course, high speed/wireless internet service.
The Resort features world class dining, spa, shopping, tennis and championship golf (2 courses on property). Santa Rosa Cove surrounds the Resort and features its own swimming pools/tennis courts. The nearest pool to our condo is right out the back door! The Old Town of La Quinta with its myriad of shops and restaurants is less than 3 miles away.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
While I spend most days on the golf course, my wife is most comfortable relaxing in the sun next to the pool with a good book. Whether it's getting together with the kids or with good friends, the nights typically find us at one of the numerous excellent restaurants in the surrounding area. We enjoy the many cultural and sporting events the desert has to offer (Coachella Valley Music Festival, Palm Springs Follies, La Quinta Art Festival, Bob Hope and Nabisco pro golf tournaments, etc.) and know that you will too!

Before purchasing our unit, my wife and I spent many relaxing winter vacations at the La Quinta Resort and Club. The many wonderful amenities which the resort offers convinced us that a condominium unit on the grounds surrounding the resort would be a wise investment. We live in Los Altos Hills which is near San Francisco. Our two children are finished with college and no longer living at home. Our desert home provides us with an excellent opportunity to get together as a family once or twice a year. We trust that your family and friends will also find this oasis to be as enjoyable as we have!

We rented this property during a business conference held at the La Quinta Resort. Myself and my four colleagues found the condominuim to be much more convenient and a better value than the hotel. It was clean, well appointed and comfortable. I only wish we had more free time to take advantage of the amenities available at the resort that are accesible by staying at this facility attached to the La Quinta Resort. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend.

This lovely condo is in a great location in La Quinta, a short walk to the Resort and close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The home is very clean and very well maintained, and a helpful notebook was put together of details on the property and surrounding. Nice gated swimming pool and hot tub! Really great overall experience; I would recommend and have already booked my next stay!

I go to the desert often and Santa Rosa Cove, on the La Quinta Resort grounds, is my favorite place to stay. I highly recommend this condo. The owner is attentive, cooperative and gives detailed information regarding the condo. This condo is well stocked with all the amenities. It has recently been remodeled and refurbished. I have rented many times through VRBO and I rate this owner, Frank, as #1.The owner communicates quickly whenever I have a question, and maintains a clean and well maintained property. This location, close to restaurants, shops, golf, tennis and the spa is ideal for a relaxing vacation. The pool is just footsteps from the back door. This condo is spacious with a private casita. I am a repeat customer and it is my pleasure to give this condo an outstanding review. Cyndie

I recently rented this condo while in La Quinta for a conference. It was a fabulous find! The condo is spacious, well maintained and just a short walk to the resort. The owner was wonderful to work with, very responsive and accommodating. The amenities at Santa Rosa Cove are very nice as well. There is a pool and spa just outside the back door of this home. I highly recommend and hope to return!
