Warmely welcome by the owner. Clean and comfortable unit made our month stay enjoyable.Heaps of storage space for our needs.Safe easy car parking.Convenient access to public transport and close proximity to shops and Chinatown. Made this unit location a definite bonus,downtown within 20 minutes walk.The property was as the photos advertised clean and modern.We would easely recomend this property to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely studio. Everything written before is true. We have nothing to add, except for the breakfast and lunch cafe on the corner of Union and Gore. Go there and see for yourself what a kind couple is managing it!

We have enjoyed a marvelous stay in the Ginger Studio. The apartment was very comfortable and provided everything we needed for an excellent stay. Vancouver has been a welcoming city which has been so much fun to explore. We would recommend a bike ride around Stanley Park, pizza at Hell Pizza on Davie Street, and drinks in Yaletown. Science World was also great fun and food and drink at the Granville Island Market was delicious. We will be back the next time we visit Vancouver.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vancouver,made only more special by this lovely condo. Everything we needed was here. The bed was very comfortable, loved the WiFi and the whole ambiance of this very modern place. We walked the seawall at Stanley Park, went to the Granville Island Public Market and drove on Hwy 99 north towards Whistler. Nice city! Thanks Klaus for your hospitality.

We live in Yaletown and stayed here during extensive renovations on our home. It has been great! We found the greatest hair salon, New Kowloon, down the street. We also found nice coffee and friends in Caffe Brixton, and great food both in the Union, around the corner, and at the London Pub. The Ginger is full of friendly neighbours and is centrally located. It has been rather like home - just a little smaller. Very nice! We felt like we really lived here.

Ginger 707 is a welcome change to being in a hotel. Extra space, the ability to cook and wash clothes in-house, plus attractive decor and a very interesting outlook. A great combination!

Had a great week here in Vancouver and not just because we got married! The apartment is great and has all the things you need and is nicely situated for exploring the town. Although the neighbourhood seemed a bit off at first, we didn’t have any problems and felt safe throughout our stay. For all those to come: enjoy your stay!!

Even though we didn’t see any sunshine during our entire trip, we enjoyed Vancouver so much. Tons of great food and drinks. Bistro Sakana in Yaletown makes the best sushi – order the yam roll, you won’t regret it. Calabash was a surprising delight. And if you can find it, the Roaming Dragon is delicious.

Easy to get around the city. Lots to see and do. Great walking and running areas. Wonderful city. Things to do and see. Superb views. Very comfortable apartment – we enjoyed having a “home” after 10 weeks of travelling. We would certainly use again – ideal for two.

We had a great time in beautiful Vancouver, so much to see and so much to do. We will definitely be back – hopefully in the Ginger. If you stay during the Playoffs, go watch the games at the London Pub around the corner – great food, everything we tried was delicious (fish/chips, chicken wings Teriyaki, the soups…)! Thanks again.

Very comfortable, well equipped and secure. Wonderful location, easy walk to downtown and public transport. Chinatown is a very interesting neighbourhood. Vancouver is a beautiful city, fantastic shopping, good food and friendly people. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in January 2011 and were pleased to find everything they promised and even more. From bandaids in the bathroom to tea in the cupboard, they thought of the extras that made our trip more pleasant. Very secure building including parking areas. We walked the streets and enjoyed the sights and would recommend this studio to travellers.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We were very impressed with this vacation rental. Allan was very helpful and prompt. The place was clean and tidy. We were a little afraid that the location would be sketchy, but it wasn't at all and there was a great coffee place only a block away. My only complaint would be that the bed was a little hard. Overall we'd definitely recommend this suite!

Safe, clean, affordable and perfectly located. Way better then staying in a hotel. We will stay here every time we're in Vancouver. Great access to downtown, the skytrain, and Chinatown. I highly recommend this spot. 10+

Everything you need and more. It was a studio unit, very comfortable and new. Top of the line appliances and incl washer/dryer. Lots of storage. Great balcony w/grill (nearby construction so it was a better end-your-day spot than morning). Location was perfect for getting a bus anywhere. Safe, clean and well maintained. Will not hesitate to recommend.

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Stayed for a few nights in December. The place was immaculate, the bed comfy and there everything we needed was there. I highly recommend this little gem.
