Pristine condominium in the heart of the new village at the base of Winter Park. Professionally decorated with beautiful views of Winter Park and Mary Jane from the covered deck, living room and dining room. You can curl up in front of the fire, enjoy the hot tub and amenity deck, or soak in the mountain air and view from the covered deck. Everything you need is here, from a full sized fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer, to flat screen TVs with free cable and free Wi-Fi. You are steps away from the Zephyr Express lift, rental and retail shops and the village restaurants if you feel like dining out during your stay.
Founders Pointe features a very large amenity deck with hot tub and grill as well as tables and chairs for large gatherings. Hot tub towels are located on the amenity level. Ski/Bike Storage and parking in a heated garage and is included in your rental.
Reservations are now being taken for the 2009/2010 fall and winter season. Please check calendar for available dates and email/call for information or reservations. Owners are local Winter Park residents who can help with recommendations for your stay and can quickly resolve any problems. $200 damage/cleaning deposit is refundable upon return of key and no excessive cleaning. $20 lost key charge will apply.
