Sunrise Beach is the perfect place for a family beach trip! It is located directly on the "world's most beautiful beach," and the floor plan is ideal.
Unlike most of the one bedroom units at PCB, the master bedroom faces the gulf and enjoys direct access to the large balcony through its own sliding glass doors. The spacious master bath offers marble counter tops, a corner garden tub, and a separate shower.
Kids also get their own special place. They enjoy a separate bunk ROOM, not bunks in the hall. This gives them their own space to enjoy watching DVDs or playing games.
There's room to relax and unwind or just enjoy the gulf view from the living room. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with side by side refrigerator and granite counter tops. The unit also features a second full bath and queen pull-out sofa, plus a washer and dryer.
Sunrise Beach is conveniently located near Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, restaurants, and other attractions in the PCB area. The complex features two large pools (one heated), two hot tubs, a separate kids' water play area, and a large, well-equipped workout room. Parking is under the building, so there is no dragging luggage back and forth across the road.
We have recently purchased the unit and are in the process of bringing in new furniture and making other upgrades, so the unit will probably look better than these pictures by the time you arrive. Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Beach
Our kids love the beach, and Sunrise Beach is perfect for family beach trips. It is conveniently located near Pier Park and other attractions. The floor plan is awesome! We get a gulf front master, and the kids get a bunk room that gives them their own space to watch DVDs or play games. Most one bedrooms at PCB don't have either of these features. Also, since parking is under the building, there is no dragging luggage back and forth across the road like at most other places.

The real owners are our kids, Janae and Parker. They love going to the beach, and Panama City Beach is the best around! We live close enough to make it a quick weekend trip, so we decided to invest in a place of our own. They would like to live there!!!
