We have been staying in PCB for over 15 years and we like staying at different places each year. This year we totally loved your room, the view, the bunk room, it all was perfect and well maintained. Loved having our chairs the the entire week and not having to stand in line every morning to regain our chairs. My only concern for us staying in this location again would be the elevators! UGH!!! why can they NOT produce elevators for all of those floors and for the amount of people on them. No air on them and it just made it horrible to want to get out of the room. We would like to stay in this area again but probably not in this condo. Having to get on and off the elevator for the pool was not convenient either. Sorry! The owners were wonderful to work with on getting all our entry information. LOVED LOVED LOVED the keyless entry!

We will be returning to this condo!! This condo is located close to Pier Park, several great restaurants and many, many other things for family fun. We were there in early summer with our two children, ages 16 and 11, and never lacked for something fun to do without having to venture very far. The condo was very, very nice and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay...and then some. The balcony access off the master bedroom was a great feature which allowed my husband and I to have coffee and start the day without disturbing the children. The two large pools and direct beach access made days at the beach and/or pool side very relaxing and convenient. This owner also provides beach chairs for their guest which were assigned to us at the beginning of our stay so we knew everyday exactly where our spot was...very, very convenient!! I think anyone looking to stay at this condo would not be disappointed.

Great Place and Great Condo

Wonderful clean place to stay. 16th Floor was nice. High enough to see everything but not to high to stop on every floor in the elevator. Clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed. Great layout, kids had there own room and bathroom. Condo property is nice. Plenty of room between the 2 pools, and two hot tubs. Kids loved spashing through the "mushroom" fountain. Never used the workout facilities but they was there. Used the gas grills one night to cook. Overall a wonderful trip and would stay here again without question.

Perfect Vacation

LOVED the condo! We stayed May 23rd-May 28th, 2011. It was absolutely perfect. We traveled with our 20 year old daughter, our 18 year old daughter and our 7 year old son. The bunk room was wonderful for the kids, although our son made it his mission for the week to sleep in EVERY bed (accomplished!) The only thing that is confusing is there is no toilet in the master bedroom :( But everything else was wonderful! We loved it's location, both on the beach and in the building (as close to the elevators as you can get; very convenient). Thanks so much!!!

As shown in the floor plan in our listing, the toilet in the master bath is in a separate area with its own door for extra privacy. Apparently there was some sort of problem with the lock on that door, but these very kind guests did not want to disturb us by calling about it. I wish they had so I could have had it addressed! All guests are given an email address and cell phone number so that I can be contacted directly if they encounter any problems. We also participate in the on site maintenance program, so issues like this can be addressed directly to building maintenance staff. We rarely have an issue such as this, but we want to know about it so we can have it promptly addressed. Thanks again for staying with us!

Gulf front condo

The owner was direct in dealing with us, answered all our questions, allowed us to delay our vist a year and was very courteous and helpful. The condo itself is quite spacious, easily accessible to the beach and nicely furnished, even with kitchen utensils one doesn't usually find in a beach condo! Both the written description as well as the photos are accurate; what you see on-line is what you get at this property. Our stay was a delight. A reminder: if you use a hair dryer be sure to bring it with you!

We try to make the rental process as transparent as possible, and we do our best to maintain for our guests exactly what we enjoy: a clean, comfortable place for wonderful family beach trips. By the way, we put a hair dryer in the master bath, so apparently one of our previous guests really liked it!

We had a great time staying in this condo at Sunrise Beach. The condo was neat and clean and it supplied everything we wanted. The bunk room was larger than expected...our two teens felt like they had plenty of room. It was nice having a separate shower and tub in the master bath. The location is great (just 1 mile from Pier Park...we walked it twice) and the pools and exercise room were the largest and nicest we've seen in PCB. The sunset view from the balcony was awesome. Great all-around value....we'll go back.

Best Vacation Spot in Panama City

We have stayed at several different locations on the beach in Panama City and this was the Best One. Sunrise Beach is a very nice condominum with great parking access. It is very nice to park under the condominium and not across the street. The pools were great and not so crowded as other places we have stayed. Our whole family loved it. It is great for small children and teenagers. We have a 3 year old daughter and a 16 year old son. Our kids loved the beach and the pools. It was convienently located to Pier Park. My son and his friend loved that the Mopad rentals was across the street. The beaches were great and we did not see any tar ball of oil while we were there, in spite of all the rumors we heard. The condo was very roomy for a one bedroom. My son loved the bunk beds being in a seperate room instead of in the hallway, like alot of condos. The condo was very clean and the view of the ocean on the balcony was Awesome. The owner of this condo was very helpful to answer my questions and easy to deal with. Our overall vacation was GREAT!!! We will definately be back.

We stayed at this condo during May '10 and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. The location is excellent. We walked to Pier Park which has many entertainment experiences. The water was as beautiful as the Caribbean - blue/green with lots of manta rays swimming that we could see from the balcony. My 6 year old son loved the 2 pools and splash fountain, while my wife and I enjoyed the beach with the beach chairs that the owner provided and the condo was very well furnished with a great view.......EXCELLENT experience overall. Owners were very easy to work with. We will be back!

Great Condo! Huge balcony overlooking the 2 pools and the ocean. Just down the road from Pier Park, too. Parking under the condo sooo much more convenient than parking across the street. The condo is huge, the beds/ furniture are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you'd need, and it comes with free beach chair service. No lugging your chairs/umbrella down to the beach and back!

My husband and I and our 6yr old and 2 yr old girls just returned from staying in this condo. We had a wonderful time! The condo was very nice, very clean, and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was a nice added touch that the owners provided some of the essentials (laundry soap, paper towels, shower soap...etc) to make our trip that much easier. The kids loved the bunk room and the nice big bathtub. The property has a very nice workout room and pool area as well. The beach was beautiful and very clean. We even saw groups of stingrays in the ocean from looking out from the huge balcony off the condo. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this property to future travelers!
