Full kitchen, pots, pans, utensils, plates ,dishes, glasses ,cups, small fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, coffee maker and sink. We supply large bottled water for drinking.
there are many small markets and eateries and taco stands within walking distance of the property so you don't always have to go to town if you don't want to.
There are Egyptian cotton sheets for the queen-sized memory foam mattresses to insure you the best, most comfortable nights sleep you've probably ever had in a rental.
The studio has a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, ceiling fan,cable TV, Wi-Fi,+ an alarm clock/mp3 player and a small balcony that has an uninterrupted view of the Caribbean. we do not supply toiletries ie: soap shampoo or toothpaste.
The shared roof top pool and palapa are a great way to spend a few hours before exploring the small island ... to find all those little out of the way places that will make you want to return year after year to our island paradise.
We provide beach towels and maid service once a week in the middle of your stay. if you wish daily maid service that can be arranged for an additional charge. The room has a safe for the security of your valuables. Cab service to and from town is $1.50 each way making it the best and cheapest way to get around, but you can also rent mopeds and golf carts in town for exploring on your own.

- Property is on the edge of a small neighborhood Called La Gloria with many small stores, fruit stands, taco shops and restaurants. All are a short walk down the hill. A ride into town for an evening of food fun and drinking is only $1.50 (U.S.) each way and takes about 8 minutes.

This is where I plan to retire. We have been coming here for 20 years and love it more and more.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We are close enough to town to be a cheap 1.50 cab ride, but far enough away to enjoy relative peace and quiet at night. There are plenty of small eateries and markets within walking distance of the property.

Great place in a quiet area of Isla Mujeras

We stayed two weeks in this apartment and really enjoyed ourselves. It is about an hour walk in to the central area. (or about a 5 minute cab ride for $2.). The area around this house is surrounded by mexican villages. Authentic restaurants and bakeries near by. Great beaches you can walk to. You have an ocean view and can hear the waves from your room. Beds are comfortable. Jody and Jane were great in making this a wonderful vacation for a reasonable price. We definitely recommend it.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.
